Studio confortable - Ă  quelques pas de la plage de Long Sands

Ceci est un studio confortable et calme, à quelques pas de la plage de Long Sands dans la belle York, ME. Notre studio est situé à la fin d'un condominium de 5 unités de la Courtesy Condominium Association.

Vous pouvez vous asseoir juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de l'unitĂ© et profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre et des vues sur l'ocĂ©an. Il y a un arrĂȘt de tramway juste au coin qui peut vous emmener Ă  Short Sands Beach. Plus de chariots sont disponibles Ă  partir de lĂ  qui vont Ă  Perkins Cove Ă  Ogunquit et les villes de plage au nord.

Notre condo confortable est parfaitement situé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il y a une salle de bain 3 piÚces et une cuisine complÚte.

Il y a un parking pour 2 voitures, l'une en face de l'unité et l'autre à l'arriÚre.

Il peut dormir 4, mais il est idéal pour 2 adultes.

Simple one room studio well kept. I was there for a weekend of solitude. Met my purpose. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. I would definitely return.

We were so happy to stay at this cute little Oceanside condo! We chose it for the location and it didn’t disappoint- steps to the beach where we enjoyed sunsets and sunrises. Walked to the Lobster Cove for dinner and enjoyed amazing seafood at reasonable prices. Bagel Basket was great for breakfasts. Beds were comfortable including the pull out couch and although small, the kitchen had everything we needed. Can’t say enough about Jen and how great her communication was and how helpful she was for anything we needed. We would love to come back here if we ever get the chance to return to York Beach!

Clean and close to the beach. We walked to the beach every day only about 200 feet. It is a very comfortable place. We WILL be back.

Lovely vacation spot.

The condo was clean and as advertised. Loved being able to walk to the beach. We were lucky to have sunny weather for most of our stay. I would highly recommend this studio.

Perfect beach getaway!

Amazing! Quaint and cozy space that was very clean. No need to load up the car to go to the beach! And very easy to simply walk outside and cross the street to the ocean with your morning coffee :) We'll be back!

but book of instructions left in condo by owner indicated 11 am checkout. So we left at 11. Guess your records need updating. Would recommend highly!

Beach Vibes

Perfect location by the beach! Watch the sun rise and set over the ocean and stroll along the beach or sea wall on Long Sands beach. Convenient walk to a couple nice restaurants. Centrally located between York Harbor and Short Sands beach. The condo was perfect for 2 and had most amenities for a weeks visit. We didn’t cook but ate breakfast at the condo and that worked out well. Suggest to bring a hair dryer if you need one. The one there was pretty old and clogged in the back so it would not blow any air. I went with messy beach hair all week which was just fine. The host was great and responsive to any questions. Will definitely be back!

Great location and neighbors

We packed more then we needed to (of course) but had a great time. It is a lovely small condo that is perfect for 2 adults (no kids with us) but with the pullout Im sure it could fit a couple of kids. They had beach chairs available (which we didnt use because we brought our own (but didnt use)), very cushiony twin beds, a box with local menus and things to do maps, toaster oven, microwave and stove, k-cup coffeemaker and frig. We didnt have any cell service at the condo but they have wifi which was perfect. We have T-MOBILE service. Other places in York were spotty, one minute you had cell and internet and then nothing which wasnt a big deal but it takes a lot to get used to not using phone these days. Anyway, we had a great week, friendly neighbors and not too far from little local markets or a short ride to the grocery store. This condo is at the south York beach area and to get to the beach you have to go over rocks once down the stairs which is a pain. Also, this beach area does not have any ramps for wheelchairs or walkers. Very disappointed in York for this issue but hopefully they will eventually add one without rocks for people to use. The sand is packed down (not fluffy sand at all) which I love! The cold water invigorates and we love it! Hopefully we will be back next year.

Perfect Location. Definitely would stay here again

Perfect location, perfect accommodations for two. Initially had an issue with the refrigerator however that was taken care of immediately by the owner. We definitely recommend some dish towels however, otherwise, it was perfect
