Thanks very much for your positive review. Yes, We are located in the south-west tip of the island approx 40 mins from the airport by car. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay in the apartment and enjoyed its close proximity to the beach, harbour and restaurants. We hope you enjoyed your anniversary and hope you liked the decorations that our Manager Judy prepared for you, as well as the little gifts we left for you. We wanted to make it special for you both, as it was a special occasion. We would be delighted to host you again, another time.

I’m obviously disappointed to read this review, where my other reviews have been excellent. We work hard to maintain the apartment to a high standard including having a brand new bathroom fitted three months ago. I did contact these clients asking for more details about this review, but I didn’t receive a response. Luckily, I had arrived at the apartment myself, on the day these clients departed, and once their review came through, I was able to personally check the kitchen myself. I checked the fridge, the freezer, the cooker and cupboards, and I couldn’t see anything untoward. But in light of this review, I decided to replace a couple of cooking trays in the oven for brand new ones. But otherwise I honestly couldn’t see what the clients had referred to. In terms of only having two chairs at the inside dining table, well, it’s always been that way, as these returning clients would know. To save space we put one of those chairs in each of the bedrooms (useful when getting ready to go out) which can also be used at the inside dining table, should clients want to use them that way. The dining table on the patio also has four chairs which is usually used for eating. In terms of the noisy neighbours also mentioned in this review, again, I don’t understand. Both my neighbours are incredibly quiet, both are permanent residents and on one side is the ex president of our community association. In fact, when I was there (the week following these clients) it was so quiet, that I initially thought both neighbours were away. So I really don’t know what the root cause of the clients issue was on this occasion, but I’m glad that I arrived on the day they departed so that I was able to check all this for myself. I’m always grateful for honest and fair feedback but if any of our clients do have any issues during their stay, I’d suggest they let us know immediately so that we can address it for them, because ultimately we want everyone to enjoy their holiday.

Thank you for your review. For a moment I thought this review may have been left by a hacker. Because we have lots of clear IKEA wine glasses and plenty of large family sized salad bowls. We have at least three of those in the cupboard. So I am very disappointed if indeed this is a genuine review, to get just 3 stars based on that feedback, which I can confirm, is incorrect. But perhaps my reviewer didn’t look inside the cupboards which is a shame.
