Villa Panorama is a sea view, modern 4-bedroom villa in maisonette style with a private pool. The excellent villa is surrounded by a lovely garden, offering gorgeous sunsets and panoramic sea views. It is situated 150 meters from the beach, 3 km from the beautiful town of Ierapetra and 500 meters from greek taverna..

The beautiful Villa has four bedrooms, two common bathrooms (one per floor), a stylish interior in an open plan design, and a sea view courtyard with a private pool. Decorated with a modern touch, provides modern amenities and exceptional facilities ensuring unforgettable holidays. Guests will enjoy breathtaking views, relaxing by the pool or creating wonderful meals at the barbecue area with the stone-built wood-oven.

Amazing Villa! Amazing Host!

Had a wonderful time at Villa Panorama. Location was excellent with many beaches in close proximity. Klieo Taverna down the road is worth a visit (or 3!). Villa was very clean (cleaned 3 times during our 2 weeks). Beds were comfortable, outdoor cooking facilities were good snd Christos was such a great Host - his wife made a delicious homemade Lemon Cake for our arrival. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday, in a great location with spectacular views across the Ocean.

CHRISTODOULOS was very helpful throughout. We had some trouble finding the house and he rode out to show us the way. The house is lovely, though the photo's must be from a few years earlier and to get 5 stars needs a little rejuvination.

Spacious holiday home perfect for family group

Our group of seven (parents and older kids) had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. Christos took good care of us, answering any questions before arrival and being available during our stay if any other questions came up. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the house, yard, and pool were all beautiful and spacious. Just a short drive to town / grocery stores / restaurants, and so relaxing to return to in the evenings. We had some night swims in the lit pool a few times, and the view of the sea is stunning. We hope to return again for a longer stay!

Beautiful house with a fantastic view

The villa had everything we needed. The view from the pool was amazing, since you could see the ocean and coastal city Ierapetra very well from above. Our group of friends had a fantastic time chilling at the pool. Whenever some minor problems came up, Christos quickly responded and came by. The beach close by was rather rocky, but very pretty! The whole area is definitely less touristiy, so it had a relaxing atmosphere. Overall we can only recommend staying here!

Crete Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this property! The pool is delightful and we made good use of it while appreciating the views of the sea from the pool! There is also beach access a short walk away with very few people on the beach the times we went. This was a relaxing getaway and just what our group was looking for. The home was clean. We appreciated the host’s assistance as well - we initially had difficulty locating the property on our map but he was willing to meet us at a location close by to drive us the rest of the way to the house. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in the home in Crete! Would recommend for others.

Great villa, great views, great host!

We had a wonderful time at Christos’ luxurious villa Panorama. The house is very spacious, nicely decorated and equiped with everything you need for a relaxing and romantic vacation. The location offers stunning views on the Lybian sea and Ierapetra and the sunsets are breathtaking. The place is ideally located just outside Ierapetra, meaning its quiet and still has a lot of facilities such as taverns nearby. The pool is just great and as an added bonus, the villa offers access to a small secluded lovely private beach. The host, Christos, is very friendly and accessible and will provide you with anything you need. All in all, we had a great stay, and will defintely choose this place again when returning to Ierapetra.

Very nice vacation villa

Our vacation in the Panorama Villa was wonderful! Starting with the warm welcome by Christos, who picked us up and showed us the way to the house, a freshly baked cake from his wife and a basic supply of food, to perfect service (daily pool cleaning, garden maintenance, cleaning) everything was so that we immediately felt comfortable and had a vacation mood. The villa is located directly on the coastal road, Ierapetra (very beautiful and not overcrowded in the low season) and the surrounding area are easy to reach. The beautiful and well-kept beach of Koutsounari is also only about 10 minutes away by car. Excursions inland are also recommended and easy to do.A path leads from the villa directly to the sea, but it is only accessible for people who are very sure-footed (steep and scree) and you have to walk a short distance along the road. Christos is a great host, always friendly and easy to reach. The key handover at the end was also straightforward and to top it all off, we got another freshly baked cake for our last day! If you don't get into the vacation mood here, you can't be helped! We would love to come back!

Amazing Views in Every Direction

At Villa Panorama, you will enjoy amazing views in every direction from sunrise to sunset (and moon rise too) from the many outdoor balconies built around the home. The view of the sea and night lights of Ierapetra is also amazing from the deck surrounding the pool. This single family home is a very uniquely private vacation experience. Christos the host is responsive to inquiries and answered our many questions in advance and during our stay. On arrival, Christos generously greeted us with a bottle of red wine from Crete, a large bowl of fresh fruit, and a delicious lemon pound cake, fresh baked by his wife, along with a refrigerator full of breakfast food and bottled water. The house is well-designed to resist the hot afternoon sun with high quality windows and motorized shutters including window screens so the windows can be opened at night to let in the cool sea breeze and the sound of waves breaking on the nearby beach. The home is very spacious and comfortable. This house would work well for any large group or family. Thank you Christos for sharing your home with us.

Ganz viel privatsphäre

Es war eine super schöne woche.Christos und das ganze "personal" war unglaublich freundlich. Das check-in und check-out war schnell und christos organisierte uns ein taxi zum flughafen. Er war immer für uns da über nachricht, und kam vorbei.Das haus war angenehm kühl wegen den klimaanlagen und top ausgestattet.Leider gabs nur ein laufband und kein fitnessraum wie erwähnt. Aber sonst war alles von A bis Z suuuuper. Wer privatsphäre und ein strand für sich möchte ist hier richtig. Mit dem taxi (ca 8 euro) ist man aber schnell im zentrum, um in restaurants am strand oder einkaufen zu gehen (lidel) Würde sofort wider gehen.

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Christos ist ein sehr fürsorglicher Gastgeber und tut wirklich sein bestes, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der Pool ist toll und jederzeit in einem gepflegten Zustand. Leichte Abzüge gibt es nur für den Strommasten, der den Panoramablick ein wenig stört (fehlt auch auf den Inseratsbildern) und den Straßenlärm, aber das empfindet wohl jeder ein wenig anders. Meine Familie hat beides nicht gestört...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber, geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Der Pool lädt zum Erfrischen ein, man kann herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Erholsame 2 Wochen

Wir, eine Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen, haben die Zeit in der Villa Panorama sehr genossen. Die Grösse der Zimmer, Wohn- und Nebenräume war optimal für uns. Die Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgerüstet. Der Aussenbereich mit der Essplatz, Grill, Garten, Carport und vor allem der Poolbereich sind hervorragend. Kleinere Abstriche muss man nur wegen der etwas abgenutzten Möbel, Gartenliegen oder der Küche machen. Dies waren für uns aber keine grosse Sache. Der Gastgeber Christos ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Haus und der Pool wurden laufend gereinigt und die Wäsche genügend oft gewechselt. Der Zugang zum Meer ist zu Fuss in 8 Minuten erreicht und in der nähren Umgebung sind Kies- und Sandstrände innerhalb von 30 - 40 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im 3 km entfernten Ierapetra gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten für Einkauf, Shopping und Restaurantbesuche, Wir können die Anlage für entspannte und erholsame Ferien sehr empfehlen.

Traumurlaub

Man kann es mit einem Adjektiv beschrieben: Hervorragend! Wir sind als Gruppe in die Villa gekommen, Christos war super lieb und nett, immer da, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Seine Frau hat uns einen Kuchen gebacken. Die Lage und die Villa selbst waren einfach der Wahnsinn. Ein großes Danke! Wir würden immer wieder hierher gehen.

Super Villa, alles Bestens

Dank der kurzfristigen Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters gab es keinerlei Probleme. Auch als wir uns bei der Abreise versehentlich Ausgeschlossen hatten, war er kurzfristig zu Stelle um uns zu helfen. Die Villa hat Alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Auch an einem ausreichenden Mückenschutz wurde gedacht. Vielen Dank auch nochmals für den herzlichen Empfang und den riesigen Obstteller, Kuchen und die Getränke und Essen beim Checkin. Unsere Handtücher wurden während unseren 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt oft genug gewechselt. Der Pool und der Außenbereich wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Personal haben wir aber meistens nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Sonst hätten wir uns gerne auch persönlich bei Ihnen bedankt für die gute Arbeit. Der Weg direkt runter zum Strand ist etwas abenteuerlich, da die Hauptstraße kaum einen Fußgängerweg hat. Dafür ist der Strand meist menschenleer. Es empfiehlt sich jedoch mit dem Auto ein paar Meter weiterzufahren. Entlang der Küste gibt es viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe sicher zu baden. Im Haus gab es ebenfalls die Möglichkeit per vorinstallierten Tablet Lebensmittel online zu bestellen und anliefern zu lassen. Diese Möglichkeit haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Tavernen in östlicher Richtung. Auch wenn man ein paar Kilometer fährt, lohnt sich der Ausflug dahin immer und man kommt schnell mit den Einheimischen Gastgebern ins Gespräch. So zum Beispiel die Taverne Rodos in Koutsounari. Allen von uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren sehr Zufrieden mit dem gebuchten Haus. Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, und trotzdem nah genug an Ierapetra. Christos, der Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war immer erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen für Einkäufe ist empfehlenswert. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub

Schöner Ausblick

Die Villa ist sauber und der Gastgeber TOP! Die Kommunikation ist schnell und leicht. Auf dem Bild ist leider nicht zusehen, dass dort noch ein Strommast Richtung Meer steht. Dieser steht ein bisschen weiter links, außerhalb des Bildes. Das Wlan ist langsam. Vom Wohnzimmer/Küche hat man keinen bis zu schlechtem mobilen empfang. Was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gesäubert und in der Woche kam einmal eine Haushälterin die die Villa sauber gemacht hat. Insgesamt war es eine schöne Erfahrung!

toller Herbsturlaub im schönen Ferienhaus

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) waren für 2 Wochen Ende Oktober 2022 in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Uns hat besonders die Größe des Gartens und der Pool gefallen. 1x pro Woche fand eine Zwischenreinigung und Handtuchwechsel statt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr persönlich und nett. Am Anreisetag war der Kühlschrank mit Kleinigkeiten gefüllt und die Frau des Gastgebers hatte einen Kuchen für uns gebacken.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Pool und Meerblick

Wir waren mit 7 Mädels in der Villa von Christos und hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, alles war sauber und auch die Lage war top. Am Pool gab es bequeme Liegen und eine super Aussicht mit Meerblick. Auch die Küche und die Terrasse mit Esstisch waren sehr schön und so groß, dass wir mit 7 Leuten auf jeden Fall genug Platz hatten. Christos war total gastfreundlich und war immer da, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Außerdem konnten wir sowohl die Check in- als auch die Check out-Zeit flexibel anpassen, sodass wir unsere Tage vor Ort voll ausnutzen konnten. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Villa mit super Service von Christos! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! :-)

Excellentes vacances

Très belle villa, calme, situation idéale pour visiter l’est. Excellent accueil. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié a gentillesse du propriétaire, très à l’écoute, très réactif, plein d’attentions (gâteau cuisiné par sa femme, légumes de son jardin..) et sa discrétion. Excellentes vacances !
