It is intended to be used as a temporary office with the possibility to stay overnight. It is extremely versatile, the Studio can be used as a temporary office and accommodation. We can replace the bed for one or two futons ( sofa beds). It also comes with Air conditioning, 32 "HD TV, cable, internet (WiFi ), inkjet printer , kitchenette , hair dryer, trouser steam , closet , fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and Etc., a nice bathroom but the most important a lot of space to have a comfortable staying.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We need from our guests to send us your passport number and copy (scanned) via email. To Signed our contract is require. There is an extra cleaning charge of US$ 15 for more than 2 guests. If your stay is 10 days or more, we require additional cleaning US$30 in cash at the check in. If your stay is 20 days or more we require additional cleanings US$60 in cash at the check in. Please read guest book cover-to-cover. It will tell you all about the guesthouse. Thank for your understanding!

It was so hot and unconfertable. They had this little machine that I have to empty the bucket full of water 2 times a day. Waking up in the midle of the night sweeting.
