Absolutely loved our stay, The house is very clean , neighborhood is very quiet and safe feeling and has everything you might want or need or maybe forgot during your stay. Loved the location and definatly took advantage of Honey Moon Coffee 2 blocks away every morning and enjoyed watching the regular bunny and birds in the back yard while drinking our coffee and avocado toast and bagels. Will definitely try and book in future to any trips in area!

Love the location of the bungalow. Beautiful area. The house was clean and the host communicated well. The kitchen had a nice assortment of appliances and cookware. The parking was adequate but if you have multiple cars you may need to jockey them around at times. One way in and out of the parking area with little room to turn around if you have a truck or SUV.

Nice clean rental in a quiet neighborhood. The street and sidewalks were quite busy during the day but in the evenings there was almost no traffic. Centrally located for our visit with family in the area. Will book here again.

The communication from the host was great! Easy directions and entry to the home. The house was clean & nicely decorated. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the bathtub needs to be re-glazed, it appears it has been before but has worn off giving a "dirty" appearance, additionally there are ceiling repairs needed in the living room. Overall a comfortable hom.

The property is well situated with easy access. Overall appearance is very good, but the bathtub needs attention. The furniture is comfortable. I wasn't there to enjoy them, but the front porch and backyard looked inviting.

Will stay again!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Cozy Bungalow. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) you need to cook a full meal. Beds are comfortable and clean. Nice neighborhood, great for taking walks. We will stay again on our next trip to Evansville!

The bungalow was very cozy. It had parking around back that was nice because that is the door you go into. It was pretty clean but there was cobwebs on the light in the bathroom which is not a big deal. The bathroom is small. But there were plenty of towels stored in one of the bed rooms if you needed more. The beds where very comfortable but one of them was low to the floor so if you have a hard time getting up like my husband and I do you might want to use the other bed which we did. So our son got the low one. The decor was very nice. There is just a regular coffee make no Keurig coffee maker which I guess I am spoiled because that’s what I like. My husband likes his coffee strong and I don’t. The only problem that I had which is my fought because I did not tell the host that I have problems with fragrances , because there was an air freshener plugged in so I just unplugged it.But I would definitely recommend this place.We stayed for 3 nights and it was nice.
