The property is well situated with easy access. Overall appearance is very good, but the bathtub needs attention. The furniture is comfortable. I wasn't there to enjoy them, but the front porch and backyard looked inviting.

We flew in from Germany to visit family and stayed for approx. 3 weeks. Communication was great, with the host promptly replying. The house is cute, and furnished with everything you need. I highly recommend, and will definately use for all my future visits! My only complaints are regarding the front entrance walkway....the stone path is really uneven. Several people tripped. And a railing for the back steps would also be helpful ;)

Will stay again!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Cozy Bungalow. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) you need to cook a full meal. Beds are comfortable and clean. Nice neighborhood, great for taking walks. We will stay again on our next trip to Evansville!

PGF tourney stay

Perfect location for Softball tournament at USI field and Deaconess fields. Close to restaurants, stores, and whatever else might need. Neighborhood is really good! First time to Evansville area and wasn’t really sure what to expect, but had people walking, jogging, etc from morning to night. Even saw a Lorax Friday evening lol, that did a toe touch hop. College kids. Property was perfect for family of 4. Owner was very responsive prior to and during the stay.

Rustic house

Great bed. Great Ac/heater. Lots of small wildlife in back yard to enjoy. Only downside was ants..lots of ants. And very narrow driveway.

Perfect place in a perfect place

This cute house was amazing! Had everything you could think of from the kitchen to the bathroom (B&BW products a definite plus!) Only "negatives" are there's no dishwasher & there's no curtains on the full glass backdoor, kitchen window & partial glass front door. No worries though as we covered each one during our stay & washed to few dishes we used by hand. Excellent stay, quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to return!

Clean, comfortable, well stocked home

The host is responsive and professional. The home is clean and well equipped. Check in was easy and we found the house comfortable and well-appointed. We’d recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in the Evansville area.

Staying for a month

My husband and I stayed in the Bungalow for a month. Kevin was very pleasant. When severe weather hit he was helpful in making sure we had ice melt and checked on our other needs. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. My only suggested improvements would be to have another reading lamp in the living room and blinds on the kitchen door and window. We highly recommend this house.

Great Weekend

I rented this great bungalow for my son and Grandson, who had a hockey weekend. They loved the house, and it was very convenient to get to the ice rinks, and other attractions in Evansville. My son said the beds were really comfy!

There was a bit of a snafu when we were first checking in, but the hosts handled it promptly and efficiently. Quiet and comfortable, perfect for our getaway. Bath and Body Works toiletries were a nice touch!!!

Ice skating weekend

We rented the house for our granddaughters ice skating competition. The location was perfect for getting to the ice arena and restaurants. The neighorhood was very nice and friendly.
