Located on a family friendly block with great neighbors, this apartment is centrally located in one of Washington, DC's oldest and most sought after neighborhoods. With Metro public transit (rail and bus) just 2 blocks away, you have access to explore this great city and get around with ease. At approximately 1000 sq. ft., the residence comfortably sleeps 4.

We do have a 2 night minimum stay

The bedroom has a queen bed with new mattress and box spring
There is a sofa with pullout queen bed in the living room.

Choose between Potomac Avenue Metro (1 block away) or take an easy 5 block walk to the Eastern Market Metro(rail) or hop on the Metrobus at the end of the block, 13th St, SE. If you are driving, there is public street parking available on the block. (We can provide a visitor's pass)
There is no shortage of restaurants to suit your taste all within a 4-5 block radius on Barracks Row.
