We strive to make your travel and vacation experience as simple and easy as possible. This home is located directly across from First Beach and about 1.5 miles to downtown Newport. We offer a hotel-like experience, providing you with a range of amenities including all linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, makeup wipes, a crib/child gates/high chairs (if needed), and even beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. The home is also extremely spacious with 5 bedrooms and with gorgeous views of the beach and Newport's great sunsets.

Maximum occupancy is 10 adults and parking is limited to 5 cars MAXIMUM. We do not allow tape on the walls or glitter/confetti in the building.
Please note that this listing contains a "Minut" device inside the property that monitors noise levels/ temperature/humidity/motion but does not record audio. There is also a "Ring" security camera overlooking the parking lot to ensure guests have a safe and pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
