Our two bedroom villa is located on a block of 5 villas. It is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Bacchus Marsh city centre.
It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne.

As you enter the front door and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds, a bathroom with bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area, it is a perfect location for all travel needs.

The neighbourhood surrounding the villa is very quiet and well kept. There are nice trees around the area and is very family friendly, with a kindergarten in close proximity and a playground within walking distance. The area is continuing to be developed and pleasing to the eye, with a new building across the road.

The villa is easily accessible by car or transport to the local area, including major stores, local cafes and restaurants. It is also walking distance from a supermarket, pharmacy and doctor.

This villa is very comfortable and a home away from home, where we endeavour to meet all your travel requirements.

Lovely home in a block of 1 storey (only) units - this one has the street frontage with a rock front yard which is quite nice. The unit had all the amenities we needed and our communication with Donna was always great. Tea, coffee, sugar, a couple of small long life milk cartons & some condiments such as pepper, salt, oil were provided but you need to bring anything else.

A few issues. The front security door cannot lock. One dining room chair needs fixing. The TV in the main bedroom only works on channel 31. Obviously not hooked up to the Set top box in the lounge room. The courtyard was a mess. It's is understandable that there are leaves falling from the tree next door but its not been cleaned in a long time. The cloths washing machine had a lot of unused dishwashing powder in the detergent holder. Possibly due to the powder might be fir hot water washes but no sign to tell u you ti use hot water only.

Christopher sorry to hear there where things in the unit that didn’t met to your standards The Tv dose have all the channels and is definitely hooked up to the set top box. The problem is if you would have contacted me I would have guided you to use the system There is a instruction booklet maybe you didn’t see it If the security door didn’t lock again reach out and we are here to help. Moving forward my recommendation is always reach out to the host because I am sure all hosts will always accommodate
