The Studio Eco House

"The Studio" est une retraite paisible avec un grand espace ouvert ainsi que deux chambres, une salle de bains, une salle d'eau et une buanderie. Il y a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une immense table à manger et une grande télévision. Vous pourrez faire une partie de tennis de table. Il existe une grande sélection de livres et de DVD et un barbecue sur la véranda arriÚre.

"The Studio" est situĂ© Ă  l'arriĂšre de notre grand bloc et nichĂ© parmi les arbres fruitiers. C'est un bĂątiment respectueux de l'environnement conçu et construit par Andrew il y a quelques annĂ©es. Les caractĂ©ristiques Ă©cologiques sont le double vitrage, l'Ă©nergie solaire, les fenĂȘtres orientĂ©es vers le nord et l'isolation maximale. Une chambre a un lit queen, une commode et une armoire intĂ©grĂ©e. L'autre chambre a deux lits simples, une commode et un bureau. Si nĂ©cessaire, un matelas queen peut ĂȘtre installĂ© sur le sol de cette piĂšce. Un portacot Babyhood Dormire peut ĂȘtre installĂ© dans l'une ou l'autre chambre si nĂ©cessaire, mais vous aurez besoin de votre propre linge / couvertures pour cela. Chaque chambre dispose d'une climatisation Ă  cycle inversĂ©, tout comme la salle de studio principale. Si nĂ©cessaire, une extrĂ©mitĂ© de la salle de studio peut ĂȘtre installĂ©e avec un matelas Koala queen sur le sol derriĂšre un Ă©cran.

"The Studio" est un séjour indépendant avec des provisions de petit-déjeuner basiques pour vous aider à démarrer: céréales, lait, thé et café.

Strictement aucune partie n'est autorisĂ©e Ă  ĂȘtre dĂ©tenue Ă  "The Studio".

Bacchus Marsh a beaucoup à offrir avec les parcs et les gorges, les vergers de l'avenue de l'honneur, les céréales, les caves, les cafés et les restaurants. C'est aussi une base idéale pour explorer plus loin. Bacchus Marsh est proche de Ballarat et Daylesford et se trouve à 45 minutes en voiture de Geelong ou Melbourne le week-end.

"The Studio" est Ă  environ 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Bacchus Marsh et Ă  7 minutes de la gare. Un arrĂȘt de bus se trouve Ă  seulement 100 mĂštres.

Very spacious rooms and good services. The table tennis table is always a hit with the generations who come to visit while we stay there. A bit of an issue with the oven but Andrew attended to the problem immediately.A quiet location. Hope to stay again soon

Nice quiet clean place to stay

Stayed for 3 nights, but should've stayed longer. Nice and clean, with everything supplied for a self stay. Lovely fenced property off the main road, and the gardens/trees are a pleasure to view over a morning coffee. Beds comfy, modern amenities with plenty of room in both bedrooms and family/dining/kitchen.

Relaxing and peaceful

We had a great stay at the studio, it had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable and it had a great undercover area at the back of house to eat our breakfast, relax and take in the property views, Andrew the host communicated with us to make sure we had a great stay, the property is very close to town, if we’re ever in the area, again I’ll definitely be looking up this property again

Home away from home

It was a lovely place to stay. We had a group of six adults, a baby and a ten year old. The kitchen was well equipped, gas stove, lovely big space, lots of light, and comfortable beds. A bit of a drive to get to from Melton but well and truly worth the drive💕 Garden was a nice addition, along with the trampoline and the morning visit from the dog.

Great Stayz

Returned to stay @The Studio for a Convention in Melton. It is just a lovely place to stay. Everything is there. Fantastic surroundings with easy access to Freeway and also Bacchus Marsh. Nice little visit from the dogs during the visit topped the weekend off. Thanks again guys, I hope the plug doesn't mean we don't get to book again. 😂😂

Bacchus comfort and location

The studio is generous in size and comfort. It was a great meeting place for our family who live in Bacchus and the teenagers enjoyed playing table tennis. It was interesting to be amongst the property orchard and watch their dog round up their free range chooks. The location is convenient to the community of Bacchus Marsh and interesting local towns and villages. Although very near to a freeway and busy main roads we were never troubled by traffic noise. We stayed for seven nights and happily recommend this accommodation.

Best place ever

This place deserves more than an excellent rating. It was quiet, serene & just beautiful! It’s a place off the beaten path located at the far back of the residents home. Plenty of room to spread out & the fruit trees & chickens were a delight especially for our granddaughter. The studio is close to Darley as well as Bacchus Marsh although we were at our son’s house for most of the day. The security that surrounds the house is very helpful especially at night when we got in. If you want peace & quiet, this place is awesome. We will be seeing you again Andrew!

The Studio is ideal for families, groups or couples with plenty of space and plenty of privacy. It's set among the gum trees with lots of plum trees (and other fruit trees too!) The modern and contemporary style allows for a very comfortable stay. And the well designed eco-features keep it cool in Summer and warm in Winter with reverse cycle air-con to help when needed.

You can even turn your visit into a health retreat as hosts Andrew and Sue are both natural therapists and offer their services to guests of The Studio. Therapies available include homeopathy and kinesiology.
