Ideally located condominium building in front of Shangrila Mall along Shaw boulevard, Mandaluyong City. Very accessible to Grab car, taxis, buses, jeeps and the MRT Shaw station. The building has a special elevated walkway to the MRT attached to it.

All guests must submit valid IDs before being sent check-in instructions.
Free use of gym and pool for a maximum of 2 persons.

Why they chose this property
This is a very safe neighborhood that's accessible to the Ortigas and Pasig central business district and retail district. Very lively and bustling. This is the perfect jump off point to tour Manila. Accessible to many forms of transportation. This is located 5-minutes walk to the MRT station and bus station. Taxis, grab cars, tricycles and jeeps ply through this route at all times of day or night.
What makes this property unique
It is the best located residence building that allows transients. It is fully secure with a concierge and security guards. Guests are required to secure their own rfids to go into the building. The cards expire at the end of the stay so non-guests are unable to enter the building.
