Beautiful 2 bedroom home, nestled on a quiet country street. Sleeps 5-6, a large bedroom with a queen bed, and a queen bed with full trundle bed in the smaller bedroom. A nice air-bed with extra bedding is available, if needed. Open kitchen/living area with new furniture, dining table, Smart TV with WiFi access. Fully furnished kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, outdoor propane grill. On-demand hot water heater for plenty of hot showers, large bathtub, washer/dryer; linens are provided. Large wrap-around porch. Fire pit for s’mores or cool evenings. Beautiful yard to watch the birds and deer. Trailer/RV parking available. Minutes away from premier hunting, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling.

Many local activities include the Grand Encampment Museum (a must see!), Winter Carnival, Woodchopper's Jamboree, Copper Days, Steinley Cup brewfest, WhatFest music festival, and many more. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful. Noise should be kept to a minimum before 7am & after 10pm.
Upon checkout please bag all trash, wash dishes/run dishwasher, ensure lights are turned off, thermostat is turned to 60.
You will be responsible for the cost of repairing damages that occur during your stay, including odor removal from smoking or vaping.

Perfect location for mountain access

Spent the week snowmobiling the back country, in both the Sierra Madre's and Snowy's. Very easy and short drive to either for parking. Clean, comfortable, quiet, wifi, and all the necessities of home in the kitchen for making meals, etc. Great communication with hosts!

We loved the location! Had daily visits from the deer and birds. It was a perfect time of us to visit in early October. The fall colors were in full bloom. We were able to golf one day in Saratoga and the next day explore the Snowy Range.We dined locally and visited the hot springs. The house was cozy and we had to use the AC and heat on our stay. I liked the convenience of coded entry. The only thing I did not like was the house says it's a smoke free home yet the house had a cigarette smoke smell. I may have an overly sensitive nose. We would still stay again.
