Located in HYATT resort as it is on the most beautiful Da Nang beach and the middle between Da Nang and Hoi An.
You can access to the private beach, resort's facilities, spa, restaurant, swimming pool. ect.

With 2 bedrooms decorated elegantly can sleep 6 guests ( 4 adults and 2 children < 12 years)
It's great for a family with kids, groups of friends or business trip.

As you see on the photos, my property is real 100% like what you see so don't worry about the real apartment that you will stay for your holiday :)).
The property is extremely clean and new. All rooms are keep clean everyday.
In the apartment you will have wonderful time to enjoy the convenient of all facilities in my property and SPECIALLY Garden View.
Just looking through the glass you can see the green garden and all units of the retreat. It is set a balcony with soft sofa to relax with a cup of tea or just look around also make you happy.
-The kitchen is fully equipped: kitchenware, stove, refrigerator, ect as well as a full complement of pots & pans, carving knives, glasses, mugs & dishes, and cutlery to cook yourself.
-Bathroom: Full essential things: shampoo, towel, toothbrush, soap,..ect

- The Wi-Fi is set fast and private to work or surf the internet during your vacation.
- Apartment is kept clean everyday.
- Welcome gifts: water, tea, coffe.
-Guests use all resort facilities: swimming pools, tennis courts and beach amenities including lounge chairs, restaurant, spa, kid's club.

SOMETHING TO NOTE:
-The Water from Public Private Pool is all natural water.
-Check-in at 2 PM, Check-out at 12 noon.
-After booking the Villa, you provide host more information (flight details, name of guests...) for better welcoming.
-Extra Charge may occur if you would like to check in or check out late and after 4 adults and children > 12 years (26$/1 extra guest) ( 13$/children from 6- 12 years)
-You have to pay for your meal in Restaurant and Bar so I advice you cook yourself.
