Downtown Encinitas vacation rentals

"From start to finish, renting from BeachHaus Rentals was wonderful. Courteous, professional, and prompt communication, no silly or frivolous rules and regulations except the normal quiet hours you would expect when renting, and the house was spectacular-clean and extremely well maintained and cared for. We can’t wait to rent with them again!"

"absolutely fantastic house - right on the ocean - decks everywhere - views from every room! host was great! he checked to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us some great tips on where to go /what to see. house impeccably stocked with everything. we are so sad to leave! but will definitely be coming back to stay here again !"

"This quaint Surf Cottage was all that we hoped it to be. Yes it did not have A/C BUT the breeze was great and kept things very comfortable. The decks and views from the living room were outstanding. Noise was very minimal and did not bother anyone. The ability to walk to the beach, stores or just exercise was very welcomed. We will be returning one day. Highly recommend Cottage"

"This house is a new listing and the managers were very upfront about working out any miscommunications. Anything that I needed to address was very quickly taken care of and Alessandro was always available to answer questions. I really appreciated the effort especially over a holiday week. The location to the stone steps, local shopping and restaurants was really fun and easy. The neigborhood was quiet and friendly."

"Everything was super organized and wonderful with the house. Management was fantastic. Cannot think of thing i would change. Highly recommend this to a bigger family looking to be near the beach and be well attended to."
