The view and grounds were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom downstairs needs a lot of work though. We never received check in instructions, but the host responded quickly and answered all questions. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and trampoline.

Thanks Katie, pleased you enjoyed the estate. You are very welcome anytime. Just to clarify, arrival details are emailed a few days prior to guest arrival. In your case the email was not received (stuck in Junk folder?), so instructions were sent by WhatsApp after my phone call to you, and front door left unlocked with keys in kitchen to make everything simple and seamless. We also have a lockbox with spare key and able to open garage door remotely, in case of any issues. The bathroom downstairs is nice, functional and clean, but not yet updated. We are replacing this bathroom with 2 new downstairs bathrooms and a separate toilet (so will have 3 bathrooms plus 2 separate toilets (3 in total), including master ensuite). Beautiful and Quiet Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this property. It was nice to be just out of town so we could have a busy day out and come home to the peace and quiet of this neighbourhood. The spa was phenomenal and the view from the house was awesome. The property is set up to cater for a large number of guests but even with just two of us we felt cosy. We'd recommend and stay again.

Amazing views!

This home was very comfortable for our extended family to stay in. The highlights for us were definitely the incredible views, trampoline, gardens (we were lucky enough to be there when hundreds of Mandarin oranges were ripe on the trees!) and huge hot tub.

Perfect house for family trip

Best location, best facilities !! Also our property manager Grant responded to us very quick so that whenever we needed help he sorted things out very quick ! Will definately come back to this house whenever we come to Rotorua!

Beautiful Home and Stunning Garden

Three generations plus a dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Absolutely beautiful home accommodated all our needs and more. Stunning gardens and views. Our only regret is having so much booked to do in Rotorua that we did not have as much time as we would have liked just to enjoy the gorgeous house and gardens together.

Large family weekend.

Comfy and warm with a well equipped kitchen. We all enjoyed the sparkling water dispenser in the fridge! There was so much for the kiddies to do and explore too. Beautiful view with supermarket around 7 minutes away.

Two families with 1 kid and 2 infants. The property has beautiful lake view, is very clean and kids friendly. Aminities are handy, everything we need are all here. Property manager is easy to contact and communicate. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

What a treat! A super clean home! Well equipped! Best kitchen ever! Huge space! Comfy beds! Warm home. Lots of break out areas! In and out the spa all day. Lots of activities around the house.
