This cottage is set in peaceful, secure park like grounds at the end of a short col-de-sac, a short distance from the Hamurana Springs, trout fishing and Lake Rotorua. The cottage was constructed with wheelchair access in mind and has ample safe parking. 15 minutes drive into the Rotorua tourist attractions .Relax outside in the patio area and stargaze at night with the clear skies or have a glass of wine and listen to the local bird life especially the native Tui's when the cherry trees are in blossom
Special conditions:
Smoking allowed outside only. No shoes worn inside the cottage.
Well behaved small pets allowed.

Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;

Secluded paradise

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and once again we thoroughly enjoyed it. If you want to get away from it all and have privacy this is definitely the place to stay. Thanks Jerry & Cherry

Quiet and serene

A good quiet place to stay and was tidy and clean. The location is just 30 mins out of Rotorua. The Hamurana Springs is next door and is a lovely peaceful walk through the Redwood glade.

Cosy Cottage

Cute little cottage about 15mins from Rotorua. Quiet, comfortable beds and easy parking. So pleased that we could let our dog wander around the enclosed yard/patio.

Awesome place

Great place to base yourself in Rotorua. Not too close to the center but not too far away either. Lovely bach with all the facilities. Pet friendly too which made our day. Highly recommend.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were helpfully, welcoming and so relaxed about our dog. A beautiful quiet spot and clean, comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. internet is a bit slow.

Very quiet and peaceful. We had 2x dogs that had plenty of room to exercise with no fear of traffic

Christmas break

Loved the place. Everything necessary was there. Great and safe from my 2 dogs that came with me. We were lucky we had amazingly summery weather, but even if it had rained, it would have been just as relaxing. Great to be able to chill out, listen to the birds, and loved the surrounding vegetation.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was in a peaceful and quiet area, and was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and helpful. An ideal place for us and our dog. Not too far to get to places. Very relaxing. In the lovely hot weather the air-conditioning was very welcome. We would happily stay again.

Met our needs

We had an event to attend in close proximity. This place gave us our own privacy and ability to stretch out, rest and relax. We were pleased to have comforts of home, especially Sky and Wifi.

lovely well presented 2 bedroom bach. Very peaceful and off the beaten track. Easy walk to Lake Rotorua - Hamurama side. Was lovely So great that you can take your pet. :) Bach has "my sky" a real plus - thanks Jerry & Cherry - lovely to meet you.

A lovely location for a long weekend, was perfect for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Short walk to a nice lake front walk. Jerry is a great host, most welcoming and the fresh eggs provided on arrival beautiful.

I stayed in winter with my dog and it was very warm and cosy, great kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and hot showers. It’s very quiet which was just what we wanted and my dog settled really well in her crate.Lovely garden area, which I’m sure would look amazing in spring and summer.Jerry was a welcoming host and we would definitely love to stay again.
