NEW SALE Charming Beach Home, Private Pool. Close To Atlantic Ave and Beaches

Welcome to our cozy beach house! It is actually pretty spacious at about 1800 SF.
We hope that you come and enjoy our little piece of paradise and leave with beautiful memories made here.
Our home is furnished to be appealing and inviting, not pretentious. We want you to feel "comfortable and relaxed", not stressed. It is your vacation after all!
We have three large guest bedrooms that each have brand new and comfy mattresses, cute, beachy bedding and tons of closet space. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen Smart HD TV and lots of natural light for a peaceful and breezy feel. The second guest bedroom is also bright and airy and has a queen size bed and walk in closet. The third bedroom has large closets and two twin beds that can easily be pushed together to accommodate couples and is bright and welcoming.
The sofa and new chairs in the front living space are the perfect place to relax and visit with friends and family over coffee or cocktails. There is also a desk and wireless high speed internet ( just in case you can't get away from work altogether ).
The kitchen is nicely updated and equipped with a large french door refrigerator, a gas range (rare around here) and handy stainless steel island for the chef in you to enjoy!
Of course there is also a microwave and dishwasher as well.
Right off the kitchen space is a utility room with lots of extra storage and high end washer and dryer.
The main bathroom has a very large walk in shower with glass doors, the second bath has a bathtub and shower combo and a nice new vanity area.
The back living space is a large room with beautiful wainscoting and wood ceilings for beach cottage charm! There is a large dining table that will seat at least six with a convenient pass-through to the kitchen. The sitting area has two cozy sofas and a beautiful new built in media center with a 48" Smart HDTV flat-screen to enjoy family movie night or to catch that game that can't be missed! There's an entire wall of sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private patio with a huge swimming pool and built in spa! Enjoy the outside dining area and BBQ surrounded by Coconut palms, an enormous Mango tree, banana trees and other lush tropical plants. At the illumination of the pool lighting which creates the perfect ambiance for sipping your cocktails after a day at the beach or after grilling your fresh catch of the day!
For safety there is a video surveillance camera which records only the exterior by the front door and porch.
There beach chairs for you to use for your beach excursions. Or... if you don't feel like a bikeride or a walk, call the Delray Downtowner golfcart shuttle, they operate on a tips only basis... so if you're going out for a night on the town and you're feeling "tipsy" it's perfect!

Nice place

Plenty of room, everything well supplied, comfortable beds and furniture. A lot of care went into making this feel like a home. Owners are extremely responsive and accommodating If we return to Delray, I wouldn't hesitate to rent again..

The only reason I wouldn't give this charming and delightful place a 10 star rating is because I want it all to myself!!! Seriously- what a pleasure to be here! Warm, cozy, inviting home, great pool (I"m a serious swimmer), good sized, well furnished rooms- unpretentious, welcoming, well appointed and the GREATEST hosts you could ask for! Wonderful Stay

We loved the location and the privacy of the pool and backyard, The owners were extremely responsive when we called about the air conditioning and extending our check-out time. They were helpful and welcoming. We found the house very well appointed with ample linens and towels, kitchen appliances, dishes and tools; great washing machine/dryer. wonderful backyard seating, and comfortable beds. Broken cabinet door and broken ice maker in beautiful refrigerator need repair. I prefer a cleaned-our refrigerator, but otherwise the kitchen was great. Overall, a wonderful, warm and cozy cottage. Overall experience

The house is quite nice and located nicely in a quiet neighbourhood yet not far from the main Atlantic Avenue which buzzes of life of Delray Beach with restaurants and cafes and bars. Also just a few blocks off the best beaches out there.The house has almost everything that one wants in a vacation rental and very thoughtfully provided for by the owners. Would definitely like to use it again in our future visits to town. Jen and Ron have been great hosts.

The Property was just what we wanted!!

Our experience a Delray was great. The house offered everything we wanted and needed. Delray is loaded with really nice restaurants of all varieties. The house is situated in a nice area to either Uber to Atlantic Ave or the Pineapple Grove area. You can even walk if you choose which we did more than once. It might be a about a mile. Overall a excellent vacation!!!

Absolutely Perfect

I normally seek to stay in hotels because so often I find the description of the homes on VRBO and AirB&B to be misleading and I am disappointed in the property. I have very high standards when I rent a place. Well, we were certainly not disappointed with this rental. Indeed, it significantly exceeded our expectations. First, the location of the house was excellent. It was a short walk to Atlantic Ave and a short bike ride to the beach, but it is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, so you are not awoken by drunken idiots, etc. Second, the home is quite spacious. All of the bedrooms are nicely sized and there are two areas for the kids to hang out (the formal living room is very large and well appointed). The Kitchen is also large enough to have several people cooking and doing their thing at the same time. The backyard could fit a very large crowd as can the pool and jacuzzi. Third, the house had all of the comforts of home. All of the mattresses were in excellent shape (one of the things critical to me) and there was sufficient furniture and closet storage for one's clothing, etc. The furniture in the rest of the house is in excellent condition and comfortable. It was also great having cable TV in the living room and the master bedroom. Any utensil you might need is there and all of the appliances were in perfect working order. It was very nice having a full-sized washer and dryer (all of the necessary soaps, cleaning stuff were there). The owners were also fantastic. when I texted them with questions, they responded immediately. The whole process of checking in and out was seamless and easy. I normally have some nit to complain about when I go on vacation (It's just the way I am - I figure if I am paying good money, the people on the other end should have anticipated all of my needs). Here, however, I have no complaints. It was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing beach vacation.

Wonderful home and experience!

This is a comfortable, spacious and well stocked home. It had everything we needed during our trip. Great kitchen for cooking and plenty of channels on the tv. Our son loved the pool and all the floats and toys available! Lots of space in the backyard to sit and relax and many mangoes to eat from the tree. The beach and Atlantic Avenue were a quick, scenic bike ride away (2 bikes provided). We used the Delray Downtowner a couple of times but preferred to bike anywhere we could. The owners are very attentive and responsive. The house is everything described and more. Thank you so much!

Didn't disappoint

Coming all the way from the NW it is a long flight. We were well worn out by the time we actually got to the house. What a pleasant surprise to find such a comfortable, welcoming place. You would be hard pressed to need some kitchen implement that isn't stocked. The owners thought of everything. We were quite impressed with the size of the rooms. No small rustic cabin here. All rooms are well-appointed with homey accents. Better than the pictures on the website. One last thing: it's unusual to find any house with walk-in closets in every bedroom. Very impressive on all fronts. Oh and one very last thing, we were surprised to get so many channels on the TV. You will likewise not be disappointed.

"We're not normally the type to write reviews, but this is a place worth mentioning. We drove down from Canada with our two young kids and immediately felt at home. Comfortable, spacious, and roomy with a great outdoor pool that is perfect for kids. Great location too --- close to Atlantic Ave. and the ocean. There are two new cruiser bikes here that are a lot of fun, and the neighbourhood is great. Highly recommended."

Wonderful Home!

This is a lovely home, perfect for a vacation stay! Ideally located in a tranquil neighborhood, but close enough to the downtown area (Atlantic Av) and the beaches. Also located in the "Downtowner" area which is a local Delray service, like a taxi, but free except for tips. Really convenient to be picked up and dropped off in the downtown area. Beds and furniture are super comfortable and kitchen is nicely equipped. Backyard is private with a nice sized pool and plenty of lounging space. This was really a great find!

Miles and Smiles Away!

This an excellent house in a very tranquil location. It has all the necessary amenities and little touches to make it more like a home away from home. Spacious rooms and comfortable furniture we loved it. Convenient to oceanfront and shopping and a pool in the back yard! I definitely recommend this house! Also a huge plus is if you have a cell phone you can download an app called Downtowner that picks you up from the house and takes you anywhere from the beach to downtown Delray for free! Defiantly going back next Vacation!

Ron and I (Jen) fell in love with Delray the first time we stayed here several years ago! We absolutely LOVE the character that downtown has to offer and have dreamed of owning property here ever since that first visit.
Ron grew up in New York on Long Island and enjoyed many family road trips to South Florida escaping the cold winters and having fun in the sun... creating many fond memories along the way.
I grew up in beautiful, but often gloomy Seattle, WA. I'm sure you can imagine that I thought I died and went to heaven when Ron brought me down here to share his childhood memories with me!!!!
Our dream is to spend as much time as possible here in the future.In the feel blessed to be able to share our home with you and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We would be so honored to provide a space for you to make beautiful family memories with your loved ones that last a lifetime!
