It has two bedroom/bathroom suites located at separate ends of this 2,500-square-foot house that sits atop a hill overlooking Memorial Park in the Buckhead section of Atlanta, five miles from downtown.
The third bedroom with a queen bed is located in what was originally a lavish dressing room adjacent to the master.
Two bedrooms have televisions as does the kitchen. One of the bedrooms has no TV.
Checkin is at 4 p.m., checkout is at 11 a.m.
One of the bedrooms has a king-sized bed; the other two have queen-sized beds. Hi-speed wifi is available throughout the house. The central part of the house includes a sunken living room lined with a wall of windows overlooking the park. It contains a concert grand piano that has recently been tuned, a dining room, a breakfast nook, a dressing room, office, a well-stocked kitchen and a laundry room. Not available for parties without owner's prior permission.
