The Lodge is centrally located within in the City of Kodiak and offers clean and comfortable accommodations for your Kodiak Island stay.

The living room includes a spacious lounging area to enjoy the view, wood stove, or TV. There is a fully functional furnished kitchen with microwave, oven, stove top, toaster oven, mixer, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Both bathrooms have showers and one bathroom has a luxury bathtub and double sinks. There is a full private in unit laundry. All towels and linens are provided. Wi-Fi and cable are included and there is an office to meet your business needs. Outside there is a deck with barbecue and beautiful view of Lilly Lake and surrounding mountains.

Amazing Experience!

I stayed on Kodiak for a conference in October with a large group of colleagues. This was the perfect space for us. It was right next door to an amazing coffee house and about a 20-minute walk from the harbor. I loved the location which was quiet, but close enough to downtown to enjoy it. The inside space was HUGE! Each room came with two beds and space to spare. Additionally, we loved the laundry facilities on site. I would definitely stay again!

We were really pleased with our stay and condition of the property. House was very clean and perfect for us and other guests. We were really pleased with the managers and their willingness to accommodate us if needed as our flight was canceled due to leaving at checkout. Very nice stay overall and thanks for all the help.

A Charming Escape

This home provided the perfect resting spot for a week in Kodiak. The rustic décor added to the charm, and the property manager is such a great communicator. The space is large enough for several family members and friends, and the house layout makes it easier for two families to share the property and have their own sleeping space and bathroom. The patio overlooks the lake, and it offers amazing views of the sun setting behind the mountains and planes taking off from the lake. The location is walkable to lots of amenities, and you're an easy drive from great restaurants and sights to see.
