Si está contemplando un exquisito alquiler de playa, no busque más. Este lujoso ático en la azotea está meticulosamente diseñado con un enfoque moderno y contemporáneo.
Disponible solo 6 meses por año. Todas las obras de arte están firmadas por artistas originales, recopiladas de varias islas para incluir a Puerto Rico. Cada cabecera se construyó a mano a partir de madera flotante de bambú extrapolada de la playa de Luquillo, Puerto Rico. Todos los productos nuevos incluyen nueva cocina de acero inoxidable, nuevos muebles modernos contemporáneos importados, nuevo colchón Sealy tamaño queen (× 3) para la máxima comodidad, más de 200 piezas de araña de cristal, ventilador moderno contemporáneo con control remoto, baño principal renovado y baño de adivinación, aire nuevo condición en cada habitación, techo de 16 pies en el dormitorio principal con mini refrigerador y altavoz de dientes azul Onkyo de 10 pulgadas. La caja de escalera de caracol brinda acceso privado a la parte superior abierta del techo que muestra 600 pies cuadrados para bronceado, barbacoa, pulverizador de refresco o simplemente descanso y relajación. El balcón trasero se presenta como el observatorio perfecto para ver las infames iguanas tomando el sol de la madrugada. Villas del Mar Beach Resort ofrece a sus huéspedes una amplia gama de actividades para incluir 2 piscinas, jacuzzi, parque infantil, mini gimnasio con cinta y pesas, tenis, baloncesto y voleibol de playa. Great condo.

Very nice place for a very reasonable cost. We enjoyed walking ok the beach. It was a great jumping off location to go into San Juan, El Yunque, Luquillo or Fajardo. Easy check in. A few minor snags with the place were quickly addressed. Only bummer was that one of the 2 pools was closed.

Great Personal QT time to Refuel!!!

I totally enjoyed my stay!! Great location and the penthouse is beautiful— Thanks Phil for providing a great list of places to try. Everyday was fun filled with new adventures. Looking forward to coming back next year!! It’s a great get- a-way!! I feel rested and charged!! The community is quiet and the people are very nice and always helpful. Great security when entering the gate so you will feel safe at all times. Beautiful lawn and cared for environment. Thanks again!!

Very nice!

When we arrived at the property you could tell that it had just been cleaned, which made me feel really good. For a small condo the 3 bedrooms were spacious. They also provided beach towels (3 I wish there was 4th one since we are a family of 4), a cooler, chairs and some beach toys. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo, which was very convenient. There is no elevator to the condo (it’s on the 4th floor) so if you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you. The beach is a short walk from the condo. Make sure to bring the keys with you as the gate to access the beach is locked. The pool was great and you will need the key for that too. Overall we had wonderful time and Phil was really good at responding in a timely manner.

Great condo, not the best location

The condo itself was great. We loved having the balconies, but wish there was more furniture (even just a couple more chairs) on the top balcony. The kitchen was well equipped & having a grill made it easy to cook there a couple of nights. Phil was very responsive when we had 1 small issue w/the fridge- he had a repairman out the next day. Everything was clean & comfortable. The location itself, however, left something to be desired. 1 of the 2 pools was closed. We were a lot more isolated than we thought we would be based on the listing & on asking the host before we booked. It was a good 45 mins into San Juan and half an hour to Rio Grande the other way, but there are lots of great roadside beaches on the way. The road itself is a little sketchy at night. It would have been convenient to have a little guidebook or list of recommendations since the area isn’t exactly geared towards tourists.

Nice clean place, small beachfront not suitable for small kids

This place was nice, clean, and the host was very quick to respond. You definitely need a car to get around to other places but the place itself was clean and nice. It did have several tiny ants but they were mainly in the living room and we learned to live with them. We’re on an island after all. We had kids with us (4-6 y/o). They had a good time. My issues are: I was charged an additional guest fee even though the place stated it slept 6 people. The beachfront was very, very small and the ocean too rough for swimming. Clearly still not recovered from the hurricane, unfortunately. Lastly, I try to keep things clean generally but when you pay an almost $300 cleaning fee, I feel like we shouldn’t be asked to clean and put away dishes and garbage on our last day when I’m already stressed about getting my toddler ready for a morning flight! The stay itself was great though and again, the host very responsive.

Clean and lovely!

This property was clean, well-maintained and even had beach towels/ chairs! The A/C units in all the bedrooms saved is from the unaccustomed humidity and the view from the 4th floor and rooftop were lovely! The owner was accommodating and easy to contact. We couldn't have asked for a better stay for our young family! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful holiday rental

Condo was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Property owner was easy to communicate with. Location was perfect to allow us to explore the places we wanted to visit. Beach was breathtaking. There are beach chairs, a cooler and toys to use at the beach. I highly recommend.

As expected

Since we wanted to be close to the beach, this property fits the bill, except we wish we had an ocean view. Phil, the host, was very responsive and understanding. We had a hiccup with security but he immediately remedied the situation. The check in and out process was a breeze. The building is not the newest but the condo was pleasantly decorated and it was big enough for my family of 6 to be comfortable. We were very happy to find the cooler, beach toys and chairs at the condo saving us from having to buy them for the kiddos. Super quiet and we felt pretty safe. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great condo with lovely beach, nice pools, and not far from multiple places

Our family of 2 parents, 16 and 11 year old daughters really enjoyed this place—the three balconies were awesome, kitchen had just what we needed, and beds were very comfortable. We swam multiple times a day at beach and pools, drove to el yunque, san juan, great ziplining, river swimming, and snorkeling places. Nice market just a block away. Everything was easy and relaxed! Thank you!!

Excellent Location, excellent stay

Check-in was super straight forward and easy (even though we arrived in the middle of the night). The condo was clean and ready to go upon arrival. The apartment itself was a good size. We travelled with 2 couples and 3 young children (4, 2, 9mo) and it never felt cramped. There was access to a private area on the roof that was as big as the apartment itself and had a wonderful view of both the ocean and the rainforest. Both pool areas were clean and were not crowded. The walk to the beach was just across the parking lot and the beach area is essentially private. A short walk along the beach and you are completely alone. The sand and water at the beach are both clean and pleasant temperatures. There is some washed up debris from previous storms but it's out of the way. The manager was available via text and very helpful. I highly recommend staying at this condo. Our trip was perfect.

Just ok

There is no elevator and the property is on the 4th floor. Each room was infested with ants. There was no electricity in the entire complex when we arrived and it went out in the middle of the night on our 2nd night. The tubs were dirty and the water drains slow. The distance to San Juan was over 30 minutes with a dark drive at night on winding roads. This is more of for a family.

First Time Tips

This property is exactly AS described; central location to everything (a car is a must) It is impeccably clean; the beach at the property is perfect for early morning, late night views. The drive to Pinones provides for miles & miles of beach and restaurants is so close. I felt safe in the gated community. The rooms feel great with the air conditioning, it can still be hot with the means of cooling the common area with the sea breeze flow from windows and doors open. There are no elevators so keep in mind the stair climb of luggage and groceries. The host is so accommodating, quick to respond and helpful to your all questions. He made it an extremely easy process of getting in and out.

Such a Beautiful stay

I enjoyed my stay at Villas Del Mar. The place was immaculate! Clean! Beautiful! I loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. The beach was beautiful as well. I’ll definitely book this location again.

Living in Loiza

Loiza is about 30 minutes from San Juan, and more rural than expected. So if you are looking for a place that is a bit removed, this is your place. The three-bedroom, two-bath unit was perfect for my family. The two balconies, especially the penthouse balcony, were wonderful. A small beach is less than 100 yards from the unit. Having beach chairs and towels provided was a great convenience. So we found plenty of reasons to enjoy "living in Loiza," but we also took advantage of the location to explore San Juan, Carolina, Rio Grande, El Yunque, and the gorgeous coastline nearby. Thanks to our host for making everything so convenient.

Perfectly located condo!

My family (husband and two boys 5 & 3) stayed here for a week. We loved the place! The size, location, and amenities were great! Nice beach very easy access from the condo. The roof top was our boys favorite spot. If el yunque is a destination of interest the proximity is perfect. We’d definitely stay again if we returned to PR! Owner was very accessible and accommodating as well!

Laid back tropical vibe

We loved our stay at Villas Del Mar! The condo was clean and comfortable and well equipped for what we needed. The local beach is great for an evening walk before dinner and has a protected swimming area just up the beach. The neighborhood market has everything you can imagine and more. The drive to El Yunque and Luquillo was quick and easy. This location was just what we hoped for and more.
