Seaview Pambula Beach, un destino de vacaciones relajante.

Ubicado en la hermosa costa de zafiro en Nueva Gales del Sur con vista al Océano Pacífico. Disfrute de la gran área cubierta con salones relajados, impresionantes vistas del océano y sus alrededores. Es un paseo corto a la playa de surf (600 m) o si desea un paseo saludable a la boca del hermoso río Pambula.

Construida en 2018, la casa tiene 3 dormitorios con capacidad para 8 personas. Hay el dormitorio principal con un baño y otros 2 dormitorios que comparten un gran baño familiar.

El espacio
La casa con vista al mar ofrece privacidad y un amplio espacio para que 1 o 2 familias disfruten de unas vacaciones en la playa. La casa es nueva, moderna y abierta con mucho espacio para esparcirse. La gran terraza en forma de L tiene 4 salones, mesas y sillas al aire libre para que disfrute la familia, además, hay una gran barbacoa que también tiene un quemador Wok. El lugar es tranquilo y relajado y estamos seguros de que querrá volver. Cuando esté disponible, le invitamos a nuestros vegetales orgánicos de temporada, hierbas y frutas que se cultivan en la propiedad.

Acceso de invitados
Seaview tiene un camino separado asignado para 2 coches para estacionar. Los huéspedes tienen total privacidad para disfrutar de la vista al mar a sí mismos con impresionantes vistas al océano.

Estamos en el sitio en el apartamento de arriba para ayudarlo con cualquiera de sus necesidades.

La casa tiene SMART TV, sistema de alta fidelidad, internet gratis y máquina de café espresso, además de una cocina totalmente equipada y una gran barbacoa para el entretenimiento. La ropa de cama y toallas son provistas.

Hay una gran cantidad de actividades disponibles para mantenerte entretenido cuando no estás jugando en la playa. Estos son:-
Pambula Beach Skate Park, la piscina y el gimnasio Sapphire Coast, el Palacio Potoroo, la Montaña Mágica, las cataratas Nethercote, el Museo Eden Whale y el Faro del Cabo Verde. Humedales de Panboola, Caminatas por el Parque Nacional Ben Boyde, Paseos por la Costa Light2Light, Recorridos de ostras, Pinnacles, Cervecería Longstocking y Paseo por la Junta Merimbula, por nombrar algunos.

Hay 2 servicios de cortesía de van al Top Pub en Pambula y también al Club de Golf Pambula / Merimbula para cenar cerca de casa, que lo recogerá justo afuera de su puerta. Estamos a 6 kilómetros del aeropuerto de Merimbula, que también ofrece alquiler de coches.

Great hosts

Everything was neat and tidy, plenty of room and we’ll equipped. If one thing could be improved it would be the bedding in the third bedroom, foam mattresses and a futon not ideal for adults.

Thanks for your sound advice Brett & Maria. We have since upgraded the 3rd bedroom with a new Queen size bed and replaced the 2 single bed mattresses with 2 new sprung mattress which should provide a much more comfortable stay. Best wishes Janine & Walter

More than just a Seaview

Pambula Beach Seaview was a modern, functional property with cleanliness that was next-to-none. Janine and Walter made the whole experience incredibly easy. From Booking information and process, to when we arrived, during our stay and even on check-out. Without a doubt the duo were very pleasant to communicate with throughout our booking. The online listing is completely accurate with detailed information, the only thing the listing misses is information on how absolutely practical and functional this property is. With everything you need for a beach stay (containers to take on day trips, more than just basic cooking utensils, indoor activities for home days, etc). The property is well prepared for large groups with plenty of space, sleeping and entertaining areas as well as absolutely stunning modern beach house interior, decor and furniture. The property is beautiful and modern with what seemed like no expense spared (full sized fridge, quality bedding, iron, etc). The ocean view and the deck were a family favourite to unwind. The property photos do not do this AirBNB justice. We love Pambula for it’s quiet location and gorgeous serenity. All of the beautiful factors of the NSW coast without the hustle and bustle of inner Merimbula locations. Merimbula is only a short trip away for those day trips, dinner dates and other activities. We can’t wait for our next NSW Coast family holiday and we will be sure to get in touch with Seaview again when the time comes.

Six Stars - The very best accomodation

After 15 years of holidaying at Pambula Beach, I can safely say this is the best accommodation we have stayed at. The apartment is BIG. Bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry are BIG. Kitchen, meals and family room are BIG. The kitchen, meals and family room are combined and is massive and has great views over the south Pacific Ocean. Unlike a lot of rentals, there is no squeezing people. The place is designed to accommodate 8 people with space to spare. The family room couch is "L" shaped and can easily sit 10 people. The dinner table fits 8 people well. The kitchen is fully equipped with European equipment and there is plenty of cutlery and crockery, pots and pans. There are lots of thoughtful extras, like many dishwashing tablets, large liquid dishwashing liquid, kitchen paper, large bottles of hair shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. Normal sized kitchen bins and liners. Unlike almost all holiday rentals we have stayed at, the owners have not tried to save money by providing the bare minimum of usables. The same is true of furniture and fixtures, sheets, pillows, towels. All are high quality. There is not a mark on the walls floor or furniture. Very clean throughout. My guess is that the apartment was built a couple of years ago. The owners live in the apartment above and have a separate entrance. So, if you need anything, they are only a few steps away. Both are very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. If you want to stay on the hill in luxury overlooking Pambula Beach and the ocean, this is the place!

Amazing immaculate home

The home was absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Extremely clean, everything had an order, great view of the beach from the verandah decking. The hosts Janine and Walter extremely helpful and obliging. Close drive to Pambula shops. Merimbula shops restaurants around 10 minutes drive. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Fantastic Property!

The property was perfect for our X2 family beach holiday! The layout suited us perfectly with spacious bedrooms, generous bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area plus a deck with a spectacular view. The house is well equipped, immaculately clean with comfortable furnishings and lovely decor. Owners Janine and Walter were friendly and easy to deal with. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great Time in Lovely Home

This house was close to the beach, shops, cafe, etc. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable and a fantastic deck. Property owners were great communicators and so helpful but not intrusive. Lent our little one a boogie board. We had a great time :) very happy

Family comfort at Seaview

My parents would take my brother and I on holidays to Pambula Beach as kids. We both loved our time here. Then later in life an opportunity came up to visit here again, this time with my husband. He fell in love with the area and I of course was over the moon falling in love with the area all over again.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It is perched high up allowing visitors views of the ocean, surf breaks, rolling hills and bushland. Sometimes the local wildlife drop in to say Hi and during whale watching season you'll often see the whales performing just for you.

The Seaview beach house offers holiday-makers privacy with your own outdoor deck area secluded from our deck area + the bonus of a great big BBQ. The deck looks out over the ocean and the garden has a bench seat with stunning views. You have a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with lots of space to spread out.
