Denna enhet Àr helt ny och ligger 5 miles söder om Moab centrum. Njut av denna vackra stadsbostad efter en dag med sightseeing, cykling, vandring, forsrÀnning eller jakt. Det har inretts med dina behov i Ätanke och det finns gott om plats för alla att sprida ut. TV och DVD spelare i var och en av de 3 sovrum och vardagsrum. Den 21 x 22 garage Àr ett bra stÀlle att parkera fordon och leksaker. Utanför garaget Àr ytterligare 38 "uppfart för slÀp eller extra fordon.

Annual friend trip

The property and the management tram were some of my favorites. I realized 2 weeks before the trip that I booked this place for 4 adult over 50 couples and one of the rooms had full bunks.. my fault, not theirs. I called to see if they had anything bigger available and they didnt so we were going to make it work.. used the garage as a bedroom and it worked out perfectly! The property management company called the day before a trip to talk through some options, it was kind they did that.Otherwise this place was perfect for 4 couples! Clean, with enough showers, towels etc. Highly recommend.

Perfect Moab Stay

Loved the location. This neighborhood was quiet, walkable and had a pool and basketball court that the kids enjoyed using. We had friends staying in a different building next door and it was great being able to meet up with them. I have a chronic illness I deal with and comfort is the MOST important thing on vacations. The couches were so wonderful! And the livingroom had lots of seating to spread out. Master bed was firm but I slept well on it. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade TVs OR get Roku, Amazon Fire stick or Apple TV device because the TV could not handle streaming. The internet was great, streaming on our devices was perfect. But we couldnt watch movies as a family at end of day on the tv from our apps. We've had that kind of problem at our house with an older tv that cant keep up with the streaming and plugging in an Apple TV device changed it completely! Everything is clear and quick. Just an idea to provide a little higher tech for vegging at end of a great day in Moab. Highly recommend this place. Very clean too.

Perfect place for a bigger family

We stayed at the townhouse while on a road trip, stopping to explore the Moab area and Arches Nat'l Park. It was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend their place!

Beautiful property, so nice to be close to the pool! Great views from the living room, all around. The most stocked kitchen, everything you need! So nice to have games and dominos for play, along with pool noodles and tennis rackets for the amenities.

Great Place

The Moab Condo was excellent. The location was very convenient to Moab, Canyonland National Park and Arches National Park. The two-car garage was nice. The kids loved having access to the basketball hoops and tennis court. We had a great stay.

Great place to stay

We had a great time at this place! Location was awesome a little bit out of town but no to far at all. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool and spa were great as well. A quick walk and you were there. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well outfitted. The host was incredibly responsive. We had a toaster go bad on us and had a new one in less than 30 minutes. We would 100% book here again

Great spot, but not what we booked

The listing we booked had a specific configuration of beds and rollaways available that worked for our group. When I tried to confirm the morning of that the rollaway bed would be ready, they stated the property never had rollaway beds. This is untrue. Then we noticed one of the room configurations had switched from two twins on opposite sides of the room to a bunk bed. Lastly, upon our arrival, we found the sheets in the king bed to be dirty with a residue in patches and globs. The property manager responded quickly, but only to tell us that the sheets were clean since the globs and residue were from detergent pods. They did not offer to bring clean sheets. Apartment complex nice, everything else fine, but disappointed by the change to the unit, as well as the lack of a solution for the sheets.

Worked great for our family

This was our first time in Moab. The location of the property worked great for us. We had plenty of space in the townhouse. I loved having the half bath in addition to the 2 full baths. Very helpful when you have a family!

Very nice property

Had a great time. Property was clean and well equipped. Access to garage with plenty of parking was a big plus. We had a big trailer and there was ample room to park on a near by street. Overall very happy.

Fantastic family weekend

Fantastic property 
 so many thoughtful extras! Not a single issue with the townhome. Comfortable and roomy. Garage parking was awesome ! Labels on all switches were a huge plus! Plenty of plugs for electronics, solatubes for extra lighting! Great communication with hosts. Would definitely stay again!
