The hot tub is open as of Feb 14th. The pool is scheduled to open March 27th.
If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below.

BEDS: King in master, queen bed in bedroom 2 and bunk beds (two full beds) in bedroom 3.

Just minutes away from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Old Spanish Trail Arena, La Sal Mountains and Dead Horse Point State Park. There are endless jeep trails, mountain biking, & hiking possibilities just a quick drive from the townhome. Unwind on the patio and take in the views with plenty of seating and a gas grill for making some of your favorite meals!

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

The 21 X 22 two car garage is a great place to park your vehicles and toys. Outside the garage is an additional 38' driveway for trailers, RZRs or additional vehicles.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Open: Feb 14th – Mar 27th - 1 PM - 9 PM
Open: Mar 27th - June 7th - 10 AM - 9 PM
CLOSED: June 7th – Sept/Labor Day Weekend (Scheduled repairs. Dates are tentative and not guaranteed)
Open: Sept/Labor Day Weekend - Jan 3, 2027 - 1 PM - 9 PM

**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
