A complex of five units consisting of four two bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment. Unit 5 is the largest of the apartments having 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in the main, 2 singles in the second bedroom and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. There is a fully functional kitchen and a bathroom. The living area is of open plan with the dining combined.

At the front of the apartment is a patio area which is good for getting out of the wind.

The apartment provides a TV, stereo and a microwave.

There is a communal laundry in the complex which has 2 good sized washing machines.

A gas BBQ is provided and is shared with Apartment 3 & 4. Please note that garage access is only for Apartments 1 & 2.

These apartments are in an ideal location to relax. Available all year round, Ocean Blue is a pleasant break away for all seasons. Providing you with a sunny deck to relax and watch the passing whales and dolphins or a private veranda where you can still enjoy the sunshine and the view while settling down with a good book.

Ocean Blue is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Once you have stayed you will want to return again and again!

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a 2000 AUD cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

Notes
Code of Conduct: Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Noise at Properties: NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

Privacy: This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Terms and Conditions: Detailed T&Cs apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. Please share the T&Cs with your other guests.

Check-in and -out Times: During the busy months of December and January, the check-in time is 4 pm to facilitate peak back-to-back changeovers. Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We offer a complimentary early check-in or late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.

Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.

Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.

Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.

Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Wonderful place to stay

It is the third time I have stayed in Ocean Blue and I love it. The close proximity to the ocean and the views are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked, the apartments clean and well fitted out. The only thing I would change is adding fans in all the bedrooms and wifi in the property.

Good view of holiday

We stayed 5 nights in unit 5,everything is good except fridge works not good and one dining chair broken.we appreciate you provide a good location house for our Christmas holiday,we may back next year .

Great location

A little noisy when people walk in the upstairs units. The text to mobile only 1 hour before arrival and not to email as well is annoying as I had accidently left my phone at home so had to go back to get it ,to get the key code

Great little unit, in great location

We love Currarong and enjoyed our stay here. The unit is nicely located, everything is a short walk away. The unit is furnished well and very clean.

Perfect beach holiday!

This apartment was perfect for two adults, and three teens. The apartment had everything we could of needed for a relaxing beach break! So close to the beach! If you like to sleep in maybe rent upstairs apartment due to footsteps noise but I couldn’t fault it! I will be back!

Wonderful location so close to creek and beach

Ocean Blue 5 is clean and bright in a perfect location. No dishwasher or bath, but fine anyway. Its attraction is the park, ocean, creek and rockpools at your door. You can eat out in the park watching the sea.

The perfect location in NSW best kept secret. The beach is literally at your door, the ocean breeze is fantastic, and despite it being a group of units, there's surprisingly little noise.

Fantastic location and very clean!

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Facilities were very clean! Parking and proximity to the water is great! Only disappointment was a DVD player but no DVDs in the property or in the shop close by to hire. Otherwise very relaxing.

Nice property - peace disturbed

The property itself was very nice, but both nights had to deal with overhead noise which was not appreciated. The first night I also awoke to torches or phone lights shining into our bedroom and front door, as the above occupants didn't know where they were going, checking in at 12.30am. I freaked out, having 6 people outside out bedroom window. We chose this property as it read really well, but we got about 4 hrs sleep the first night and 5 the second, with constant foot traffic, water running, doors opening and closing and furniture scraping. My husband and I were there for a health break. Great!!! I would stay at this property again, but would never stay in Apartment 5.

Everything we needed

Had a great time staying here. Good location the apartment was fully equipped which was excellent. Only negative was the fact we were on the bottom floor and you can hear every footstep in the apartment above..
