About this property

WITHAVEN- Perfect to Jervis Bay Beaches and Shops

In the beautiful Jervis Bay is the charming house WITHAVEN close by the many beautiful pristine Beaches, Shopping centres & Leisure Centre.
Welcoming you to our newly refurbished, roomy 3 bedroom house.
The front Porch is all new, with 2 secure gates. Big Fenced Front Yard.

Its bright and relaxing open-plan new kitchen, dining and living area with great light and comfy furniture. Its bathroom has a separate spacious shower and a large bath, plus a separate toilet off from the ample size laundry, which has top loader washing machine!
The main bedroom is large, a Queen size bed, bedsides, & wardrobe, and a TV. The 2nd bedroom is a white Double bed, bedside, large chest of drawers. The 3rd bdrm has 2 Singles, chest of drawers, bedside. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Can be set up with children's quilt covers or adults, please tell us, happy to do it!
The front has a spacious yard to run and play in, all safely fenced.

Best of all is the location, the house is only 1 min drive from the large shopping centre, Vincentia Marketplace, now called Home Co. which has cafes, Woolworths, Aldi etc & WWs petrol station.
Bay & Basin Leisure Centre with Slides & Pools is 2min drive and 3min drive to Collingwood beach, Vincentia and there's Coles, in Vincentia Village, cafes, restaurants. You play 18 hole Golf at the Country Club too.

Hyams Beach, with the whitest sand in the world is 7mins drive. Greenfield Beach in Vincentia, where you can feed the birds, see kangaroos, have a BBQ, after a swim, use showers & toilets, there's a path to Chinaman's Beach here. Easy nature walk, slight rise, just amazing when you walk out to the Beach!

A delightful Huskisson is 10 min drive away, with its street cafes, restaurants, shops, a charming Cinema is definitely worth a visit, the famous Dolphin Cruise, Maritime Museum and local Jervis Bay Club & a Bowling Club

The area offers many, many flavours' in cuisine from the various restaurants, we found them friendly, reasonably priced and tasty.

If you haven't been here before, you won't be disappointed, we weren't :)

Lovely comfortable home

Lovely comfortable house in a quiet location. Only a short drive to most attractions. Very personable feel to this home. House was very clean and well equipped. Very quick communication with the owner.

Clean place and friendly host

The photos don't do justice. The house is clean, orderly and contains a very well stocked kitchen. The host is very approachable and responds to enquiries quickly. Easy drive to Hyams and other beaches, Jervis Bay town centre and shops. Please note that there was no wi-fi when we stayed in Dec 2020.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great time down the coast! The house was very clean, it was close to the beach, the National Park and shops. Eileen was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
