Rent duplex apartment with 02 suites, 01 balcony and 01 kitchen overlooking the beach, with beautiful decoration, at the Promenade Angra Resort & Marina, or old Melia. With capacity for up to 06 people. In case of large family, up to 13 people, we have another identical apartment with this on the side. You can rent both apartments for the same period for 13 people. Estadia boa mas com visita de barata.

Os imóveis são excelentes porém em minha opinião não comportam confortavelmente o número de hospedes indicados, talvez 4, no máximo. Não há praia próxima, a mais próxima esta a pelo menos 10 minutos de carro e não é boa. Mercado também a mais de 08 minutos de carro. No quarto superior de um dos apartamentos havia baratas. Sugiro uma detetização.

O apartamento tem 01 cama casal, 02 camas solteiras (que podem ser juntadas para cama casal fixo, e tem 03 sofá camas, que são mais adequadas para crianças. As sofá camas não são tão confortáveis que as camas casais. As baratas voam, e lamentavelmente as vezes entram pela varanda. Nos dedetizamos regularmente tanto o condomínio, como o apartamento. Lamento muito, que nesta vez ocorreu essa inconveniência. Isso ocorreu 02 vezes em 15 anos de aluguel.

Tranquilidade

Lugar muito tranquilo no período que estivemos. Condomínio com marina integrada, que permite fazer os passeios de lancha sem precisar ir até um ponto da cidade para embarcar. O ar condicionado do cômodo de baixo estava com problema e havia lâmpadas queimadas, mas nada além disso. Chuveiros, camas e TV's muito bons. Piscina excelente. Fica longe do centro, mas à noite dá pra pedir no delivery (único problema é que os entregadores não sabem muito bem como chegar e pra explicar tbm não é fácil). A cidade tem locais mais simples, mas diferentemente dos comentários de muitas pessoas nos sites de viagens, não é perigoso, sem contar que o Pontal é um dos melhores bairros de lá.

Infelizmente, a estrutura está semi-desativada. O bar da piscina não está funcionando, assim como um dos restaurantes (há 2 no local). O restaurante em funcionamento trabalha somente no horário de 12 às 17 h. Portanto, no restante do tempo, o hóspede tem que procurar alternativas.
