This town home was exactly what we needed for a family of 4 with adult kids and 4 days at Disney. Close to the parks and easy to uber there. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It had everything we needed after a long hot day at the parks to clean up, get a good night’s sleep, make some coffee and repeat. There was also a Walmart in walking distance in case we forgot anything. Five stars!

Great place to stay. Very cozy! Everybody was comfortable!

Our trip consisted of technical 3 different groups:my wife and IMy wife’s sister and her husband, and their 2 year oldAnd my wife’s mom and her boyfriendEveryone was comfy and the main living room was awesome! Nice big tv and plenty of room to gather and hang out in. Our vacation plan was to take the first 2 days as rest days and then do parks afterwards, so most of the first chunk of the vacation was simply saying at the resort. But we had a great time doing so.The place was very clean, a little dust bunny one or twice, but nothing really to complain about. We liked it so much that we really didn’t want to go home, lol. I hope that we are as fortunate with our future vacations as we were with This one. Thank you so much for helping us have a great vacation!

Wonderful Townhome near Disney

We had a great vacation time with our family. We can go walking to the Walmart Supercenter. The house had everything we needed during our 5 days stay. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and also the Play Station videogame. Everyone loved this resort. We really recommend it. We appreciate the attention of the owner.

Clean, convenient, customer service

We stayed as a family for a cheer competition. The first night we had issues with the fire alarms and the guest contact came to help us out at 11pm. Then he came back the next day to follow up. The rest of our stay was so smooth. As a family it was great to be in a safe neighborhood that is so close to everything-shopping, Disney parks and restaurants. We have already booked it again and plan to every time we come to Orlando!

Amazing property

We love this property. The location was fabulous and communication perfect. Well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable beds!!! Can’t wait to come back!! The only negative I would say was the water pressure in the showers and the living room furniture was a bit uncomfortable.

Comfortable for a family with 4 kids going to the parks

This place is on the doorstep of the Disney Parks and close to Universal parks. We did both and really had a blast. We have 4 kids ages 12-6. We did not use the amenities much but I checked them out just for fun. Pool and Hot tub looked great. We really were never planning to use them as we were there to spend time at the Parks. The home is comfortable, in a gated community just literally 2 mins from a Wal Mart. When I booked I thought that may be a negative, but you don't notice wal mart and I like to cook my meals to save money. It was a huge positive. We loved the place and I would definitely stay there again if we decide to do the parks. We put our smaller kids in the full size bed together and our bigger kids in the twins. Place was very clean. I give it 5 stars because it was lower priced than other similarly situated locations. Nothing luxurious about the place but it is clean, we were comfortable, and felt very safe the whole time.

This property was fine for a 6 person group and conveniently located near theme parks. Walmart is located right next door but the wall and plants really do a fine job of keeping the noise down. This is the largest Walmart this country boy has seen and is well stocked with everything we needed.

Wonderful Condo with a Great Location

This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, convenient, great beds and with everything we could want for our Disney vacation condo. The also really enjoyed the pool. This is the place to stay. The condo complex was nice and felt very safe.

Absolutely amazing!

I have never stayed at a property that allows pets that's so clean. I did not bring my dog Bella with us this time but the property is beautiful, clean and the location is perfect! Will definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

If you are staying here make sure to bring everything you need to cook. There were little to no spices, no coffee, minimal on the trash bags, paper towels, and toiletries. I have rented many locations in VRBO and this was the only one I found to be bare in these items. Other than that, the place was clean and comfortable. I know this is not a hotel but the extras would be nice. I mean I had no oil to cook with. I left them some for the next family that may need it. I just think some of these things are essential for families.
