Kia Orana, my parents and I very much enjoyed our stay in the beautiful unit. The unit had everything we needed, the amenities, facilities and may I say what a location right in the centre of town. Very convenient to all the shops and most restaurants in Taupo. To top it of the lake is just a minute walk right in front of our front doorstep which my father enjoyed his early morning walks. The apartment was very tidy, clean a home away from home. A big thank you to our host John and Pam for an excellent service and prompt communication. I highly recommend this beautiful unit if your ever looking for a place to stay in Taupo. Already my parents and I  are planning our next trip to Taupo and most likely will stay here again. Arohanui

This is a spacious unit with all the family necessities provided. The property is walking distance to town, lake and local attractions and has convenient parking out front. We stayed 2 nights on our family (4) trip around NZ in July. Really appreciated the heating and peaceful atmosphere.

Taupo trip

Impressed with the location and quality of the apartments. Plenty of parking which made access easy. This bright and sunny apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. We were two couples so having two bathrooms made our stay even easier.

Short break in Taupo

The Suite Spot on Robert’s is conveniently located for easy access to the centre of Taupo. There is parking available right outside the apartment. The apartment is spacious with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay.

Mixed experience at the Suite spot on Roberts.

While we appreciated the good location, ample parking, and walkability to town attractions, they were disappointed with the basic amenities, maintenance issues, and some design choices. **Key Positive Impressions** - Good location - Ample parking - Walkable to nearly all town attractions **Key Negative Impressions** - Door entry maintenance + issue that caused disturbance to a neighbor -Basic home with very minimal amenities: + Kitchen: salt & pepper only + Kitchen: no coffee, tea, sugar, UHT creamer) + 1 Soap for dishwasher & 1 for clothes washing -Unit is on a busy street with heavy traffic early mornings -Bedrooms: Invest in Better pillows. This was mentioned in other reviews) -Bedroom: RedDesign HUGE crucifix artwork in primary bedroom facing bed -Hallway bathroom toilet runs constantly The suite needs a makeover to improve its amenities and overall experience. The owners should invest: * in better quality pillows * upgrading the kitchen and laundry amenities * Maintenance issues, Fix door entry and repairable problems, should be addressed promptly * The design choice of artwork in the primary bedroom should be reconsidered **Key Words/Phrases** - Basic - You Buy Everything - Needs Makeover - Fix Keys
