Three bedroom beach holiday house on the ocean side of the Great Ocean Road.
An easy walk to the beach, shops and tennis courts. A cosy wood fire is available for the winter months and air conditioning for the summer months. There is also a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Open plan, kitchen, dining and living area.
* Dining table will seat 6 people.
* Comfortable living area with wood fire and a reverse cycle air conditioner.
* There is a TV, DVD, CD player and games for your entertainment!
* The central bathroom has a shower and vanity and a separate WC.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
