Set on a large useable grassy allotment this property is what you imagine a holiday house should be. Bright and cheery inside that makes you feel great just sitting in the living area. Location
Aireys Inlet is a coastal gem at the start of the Great Ocean Road - 10 minutes to Anglesea and 20 mins to Lorne. This quiet seaside town has much to enjoy; a beautiful surfing and walking beach , a magnificent cliff walk that takes in fabulous views and leads to gorgeous quiet bays ( starts 800 metres from the beach house) and tours of the Split Point Lighthouse. The surrounding State Forest provides another option for picnics and bushwalks. At our beach house you can easily walk to all these attractions.
The town never seems overloaded with tourists and thats a plus compared to others along this coast. For foodies we have a Good Food Guide rated restaurant, there are breathtaking views from the pub's beer garden and in summer the lifesaving club serves a great meal and you'll experience a wonderful sunset.

Great location, plenty of lovely areas to sit in and around the home. Ocean views from kitchen, meals , living room and balcony. Only negative is the lack of a bathroom. Shower is very very small - however it is a good hot shower. Overall a comfortable holiday home.
Great beach house with the most wonderful view! Very well stocked kitchen and large lounge room. Great host comminication. As other reviews mention, there is not a bathroom as such, just a separate toilet and small shower. This was fine for us!

This is in a perfect location short walk to the cafes, grocery store and more importantly the pub! House was bigger than we thought and the view from balcony and windows is awesome. Very nice front and back yards. Would definitely recommend staying here
Great spacious house and amenities, lovely back deck and BBQ for entertaining and great walking distance to local cafes, pub and beach. V good value for money!
This our 4th time staying and absolutely love this place . We always make good memories here . Kitchen is fully equipped, beautiful wood burner for those chilly evenings . Deck to relax on and enjoy the views . Highly recommended
Beautifully appointed house, with everything you need.
We had family members staying at the property which is a few doors down from our house while we had an extended family gathering just after Christmas and needed extra sleeping space. The house was perfect for what we needed, and it was wonderful to have a separate space for the kids to watch a movie when the weather wasn’t great. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The location is also excellent for visitors to the area.
Perfect home to relax infront of the fire place, when its raining outside. Sitting on the balcony and enjoy the peace and quietness of the sourroundings and beautiful ocean views.
X- Tiny shower room, no exaust fan.
X- bit smelly suggesting steam cleaning the carpets and rugs.
Otherwise great getaway.

An untruthful knee jerk reaction to our review. We are meticulous in the presentation of our property (see previous reviews) and found these tenants left the house dirty and unkempt.
Beautiful house with stunning views from back porch
Very much enjoyed our stay at Ray's house - the property was exactly as described with a great location right in Airey's Inlet. We saw a multitude of birds on the back porch during breakfasts with beautiful views over the water

Thankyou Mara, my wife and I strive to keep it clean, updated and ‘homey’ and yes, the view out back is very special
Comfy, enjoyed generous kitchen crockery and implements. Wood provided for fire. Lots of room in lounge. Great rekaxing spaces front and back of house. Has a shower not bathroom which may not suit some people. Loved the arty feel with lots of paintings.
We had a great stay. Everything we needed in walking distance - cafes, general store, beach, pub, pizza, mini golf. Plenty of room for the kids to run around in the backyard and spot the local wildlife.
