Located in the Point Grey Apartment complex, this stylish and well-appointed apartment is only minutes from the beach, Lorne Pier and Grand Pacific Hotel. Stunning views towards the Aireys Inlet lighthouse and across Louttit Bay are just the beginning of a long list of features.

Polished timber floors through the open plan living which sits slightly sunken to the wrap around tiled deck area. The elevation of the living space affords guests a cozy private feel whilst still basking in natural light and ocean views.

Bedrooms to the rear are carpeted and tasteful decorated with the main bedroom boasting a spacious En suite with bath for those ultimate relaxing moments. Other features include Wi-Fi, undercover secure parking, euro style laundry, air conditioning, heated bedrooms and a bunch of homely touches that will have you coming back time and time.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Lorne 2 day getaway.

Disappointed there was no shower gel, hairdryer, milk or coffee on arrival. Those small things make a difference. Always nice to have ice in the freezer also. However, beds were super cosy and comfortable and it was a relaxing atmosphere, clean, and a great location.

Great location in a bright and sun filled apartment

Lovely apartment and well appointed. Great location with a sun drenched balcony and BBQ. Views from the living room and balcony are superb. You are a 1.3 km walk along a tree lined / oceanside footpath into town.

We loved this apartment. It is well set out. The couch and beds are super comfy and the view is amazing. I couldnt get over how quiet is was at night. Not a sound till the birds start chirping in the morning!

Great location and comfortable stay

We're a family of 2 adults and 2 children and we enjoyed ourselves for our 4 nights, great location and view. We would walk down to the pier that was a 5 minute walk, if that, and the kids loved it. Rock pools were around the corner, not far away at all, and fun for the kids. Be aware if you have small children that there are some ornaments that need to be put up high, so little fingers cannot grab them and play! You're told before you stay that the apartment building is quiet and you must be quiet. We found the apartment next door quite noisy at night when they watched movies and you could hear the thump of the TV sound. Luckily bedrooms are not against the shared wall, so our children were not disturbed at night. Would be nice if you were given a bit more information about the process of entering the apartment, ie. Once you're parked underneath, look for the door with the apartment number and take the stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and recommend staying here.

We spent four nights here. The apartment is attractive, comfortable with all equipment needed for eating in but also restaurants are within walking distance. Great views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would have liked WiFi.

Excellent location with great view

We stayed at the apartment over the Queens Birthday Weekend and found it to be very comfortable, cozy and a great walking distance to town. It was tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, sofas and eating areas (inside and on the deck).It was also well stocked with kitchen essentials for those guests wanting to cook (which we did). With 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, this apartment is perfect for a family or 2 couples. We will definitely be coming back - thank you!
