This place felt like home, nice neighborhood, easy to get to, everything we needed was there, we weren’t afraid to sit on the couch, or splash water in the sink, enough rooms for all of us, pet friendly, met Joy the owner, would/will def go back!! Thanks Joy!!

We stayed here for 14 days and it was quite comfortable. It's a large house and it was just the two of us and our dog. We were in town visiting family and friends. Unfortunately it rained almost every day but Joy let us use the garage so that allowed us to get in and out of the car without getting drenched. The rain prevented the yard from being mowed so the grass was a bit long. The fenced in back yard was great. The neighbors behind are a bit close but mostly the neighborhood was quiet. There are some nice walking trails nearby. Overall the house is well equipped. It could use a few updates like new carpet and bathroom tile (some were cracked) but we enjoyed our stay!

Great home for its value. Spacious. Very clean. Furnishings are available for at least 8 guests. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans. Only suggestion would be grab bars for the showers. Would definitely rent again on a return visit. Thanks

My daughter lives in Denver and was coming back for a bridal shower. We had family flying in from out town and this was a perfect place to stay and have the shower. Great neighbors! Had a wonderful stay!
