University Area vacation rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos of this house were accurate. It is beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for sleeping our family of 10. We needed a house where we could prepare food for the wedding, and it had everything that we needed plus more! It wasn’t far from the venue either. There was an issue with the garage door and thermostat when we first arrived but the management team provided good customer service and sent a maintenance guy over immediately to fix it. I accidentally left a couple of platters on the shelf and the management team was extremely helpful in returning them to me. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Tuscaloosa again!

Perfect place in Tuscaloosa! Centrally located, had everything we needed exceptionally clean!!We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation and so bummed I didn’t find this place for all of our visits to T Town!!

Overall very favorable. It is need of some basic maintenance but nothing that affected the stay. Very nice

Debby's home is adorable! Extremely clean, she has everything you could possibly need. The snacks were very much appreciated when my DD and her roommates came to visit. We will definitely book again and you should too, just not on the dates I want too. LOL. Thank you Debby for an amazing stay!!

Came to visit for prospective college for our daughter. Great location. Inside unit was very clean but building not as much. Overall a great place.

My wife and I booked the place for my daughter's cheer camp at UA. And let me just tell you how unbelievablely great this place is! Far exceeded expectations! The Hosts are super friendly and accommodating! The place os fully furnished (Roll Tide gear of course) The beds, bathrooms and kitchen were extremely clean! They even provide you pots, pans, and other dishware. Theres a bread bakery down the road, so in the mornings you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air with a hint of fresh cinnamon bread. The pool and gym are great as well!! This place is easily the best place ive stayed at. I 100% will stay here again!
