Don't expect a clean unit

On the cleanliness topic, the bathroom was clean. Everything else had a "quick over" at best. The kitchen felt dirty (hair in the cutlery drawer etc), dirty floors and couches. The unit had not seen a thorough clean in a long time. And the building in general is not kept up (junk in the parking area). The clincher was a rat on the deck so we left 2 days early. And the management company expects you to bring linens and towels along on a vacation, or pay them extra ( they did not disclose this until after the confirmation was made and deposit paid).

Very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Close to restaurants, shops and beach.

Clean and well kept. Porch with lounge great for sea viewing, albeit deceivingly smaller than anticipated from website photos. Kitchen has all the required equipment, bathroom luxurious and bedrooms very comfy. Private secure parking under building with easy lift access to apartment. Great location close to all shops, cafes, and beach.
