Very nice apartment in a great location - would definitely stay there again . Maybe an extra lounge chair would be good but overall it’s a perfect base to launch your stay

Overpriced rundown property. Issue with locking & unlocking front door and 2 out 3 bedroom doors kept getting jammed when opening and closing them. Nice view of the beach but offset with the noise traffic driving by. Landlord wouldn’t provide a refund or even partial refund for the first night as couldn’t get to property due to flooding in the area.

The house is in a perfect location, well looked after and perfect for a get away. Highly recommend.

Excellent. The house could do with more air con in the bedrooms. The fans didn’t work. This is just feedback for consideration. We loved the house and have rented again. Thanks for a great get away experience.

Relaxing location and well-appointed

We had a great getaway in one of our favourite spots, and it was the perfect distance between the Ettalong and Umina townships. The property isn't modern, but is very comfortable and the view is sensational. We used the kitchen a lot and soaked in the sunshine in the front rooms and balcony. Our check-out experience with the property manager has been challenging, the security bond for our three-night stay was more than I've paid anywhere else and the pre-authorisation still hasn't been released by our bank three weeks later. Each time I call the office to follow up I'm given different advice which is frustrating.

Amazing location. Gorgeous clean spacious apartment. Plenty of room and lovely to have two bathrooms. Would definitely return. Only hitch was bedroom fans didn’t work so nights were hot!!

The booking system was uncomplicated and property management very accomodating. Overall the accomodation is very functional although there are some minor repairs needed to skirting and I feel that wifi should be provided as a standard or for a nominal fee given cheap rates for wifi in Australia over roaming fees for international guests. My other recommendation would be to provide a vacuum cleaner as there is inevitable accumulation of beach sand :) overall a fantastic stay

Family get away

We had a fantastic time at the property everything was in fabulous condition.great location also so close to Ettalong and Umina. Great space for 3 kids comfy beds and everything you need ... will definitely be coming back

We had a lovely time away. The venue was in a fantastic location and very roomy. The facilities were good. Some minor maintenance required on the screen door and little things but overall was very good. There is no disability access into the unit.

Beautiful views

Wonderful location and views. Clean and comfortable. Single beds could be more comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Loved walking along the coastal path (which needs widening for a section as it was quite dangerous in parts as it was too close to the road. Also more pram friendly footpaths would be appreciated.)

Fantastic Spot

Fantastic spot in Ettalong Beach. We loved the location right on the beach and the view of the heads was beautiful at sunset right from the balcony. It was clean and tidy and we can’t wait to come back in the summer.
