It was nice house, decorated beautifully. Had everything a person could need and want, all the way down to coffee/hot choc bar. Very close to the Ark Encounter. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

The property is a great place to stay for our family of 7 adults. We didn’t cook on property as there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but we did take advantage of the coffee bar. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time and created awesome memories at Rare 4 Bedroom Near Ark Encounter. The host responded to my messages quickly and check in and out was easy.

This was the perfect space for 10 of us to stay! Some highlights, the bath towels were probably the best towels we’ve ever seen at a vacation rental. I don’t really have any complaints
 but if I could find a complaint of any kind, the programmable thermostat reset like ever two hours and it defaulted to warmer than we like
 but it was a simple and easy fix and the house cooled off very quickly! Great communication and really nice place to stay! Thank you guys.

Questions were answered quickly. Home was easy to locate and super convenient since right off I-75. We only had few days to stay. Close to everything we went to and didn’t have to go far down any streets to get to property. Clean and had everything we needed plus some extras. Even forgot something and they helped find it and will send it to me. Great stay, place, & owners. Would go there again if I’m ever in town.

The stay here was excellent, the house was set up very good. The location was good to be in the center of Cincinnati, Louisville, and Lexington. The location to the Ark Encounter was excellent. Ark & Creation Visitors

This home was an excellent choice for our family of 5 plus 5 other family members who joined us. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved that there was a tv in the kids room with plenty of movies and games to play. We would highly recommend this place to other families who are visiting the Ark and Creation museum!

The Ark Trip!

The Roomy Ranch exceeded all our expectations. Clean, safe, and comfortable for 7 adults, with plenty of dishes, towels, and all the necessities to make our stay enjoyable. We would choose to stay here again.

Home Away From Home

Our 7 member adult family stayed here 4 days & 3 nights while visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. The home was clean, comfortable and accommodated our family very well. The house was perfectly located for our stay and we found it just as it was presented on vrbo. Our hosts very helpful and kind. I would stay love to stay here again!

We fell in love with this property because of it's proximity to all Dry Ridge and Williamstown has to offer. Including ARK Encounter and the Creation Museum. We loved that it didn't have any steps and allows for a comfortable stay for up to 12 people!
