This beautifully renovated ocean-view villa is ready to become your favorite getaway! Spacious and inviting, this three-level villa comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with a king bed, queen bed, full bed, twin bed, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Main Living Level:

Kitchen: Features new cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy ample seating for six at the dining table.
Living Area: Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors flood the space with light and offer spectacular views of the ocean, pool, and lush grounds of the Beach Villas complex.
Upper Level:

Master Bedrooms: Two beautifully appointed master suites. The king bedroom includes a jetted tub and separate shower, while the queen bedroom offers a private bath with a shower. Both rooms feature flat-screen TVs.
Ground Level:

Third Bedroom: Equipped with a full-size bed and a twin bed, and a full bath located nearby. This level also includes a cozy family room with a sofa sleeper and comfortable furnishings, perfect for TV-watching or game-playing.
Patio: Sliding glass doors lead to a private patio with a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill.

Amazing property and location

Excellent accommodation for family

This was an excellent accommodation for our family, very clean and great location on the beach. We really liked having two living rooms and three bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cook ware. The pool is great. Will definitely stay here again.

Bugs and not clean as promised.

We stayed in these villas but a different unit last year and had a great experience so we decided to come back. This year we tried unit 19 and unfortunately the ratings for cleanliness were wrong. The first day there we saw two huge cockroaches. I contacted them and they said they would send out pest control the next day and they never showed up. When I asked if they could let me know when they were coming since I have a baby who would be napping and we had some valuables there she said they couldn’t let me know when they were coming…. And her responses seemed irritated. We then killed at least one bug or centipede every day of our trip here for a week. We found crumbs in the sheets the first night and sand all over the comforters. There is black mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom. Cleanliness is huge for me so this place is a no for our next trip. May book the unit from the year prior since the location is what we like and we like the pool here.

The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The short walk to the beach made it easy to go to and from the beach multiple times through the day. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. Coffee on the porch in the morning included lots of bird watching. The new swimming pool is beautiful and it was cleaned almost every day. The pool area does get very warm as there is no shade or umbrellas. The location was walkable to the Tiki Hut and Coligny.

FULLY STOCKED kitchen which is unheard of in HHI because everyone assumes you go out every night. Well we do not and we appreciated having everything we needed. The unit was very nice and updated, the location couldn't be better, and there was tons of room. The unit was spotless and had lots of starter products. The management company, Vacation Time, was spectacular! They go above and beyond! I simply cannot say enough about this company and their caring attitude. We will definitely be back to this property and will look no further than Vacation Time properties in the future. Loved the rental, Loved the management company!!!
