Great location and price point

My husband and I were looking to bring our 8-year old daughter to visit St. Augustine for the first time. This rental comfortably fits two but we were comfortable with our daughter in tow. This place is so perfectly located within walking distance to everything. The host was very nice and informative. We look forward do coming again!

Cozy spot for two

Although this is a small space, the bed was very comfortable and the convenience to restaurants, shops, and local attractions was awesome! One complaint: the shower liner needs to be replaced; there was mold/mildew around bottom although the shower itself was very clean. One warning: they maximized space here and the bathroom provides little privacy. Not a problem for us, but for some it might be.

A Location, Walk anywhere downtown

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. You will not beat the location in the middle of restaurants and shopping downtown. Free parking is 4-5 blocks away, so that might be a slight inconvenience to you, but we enjoyed the walking. And you won't need a car unless you leave downtown. We had coffee, fridge, microwave, very comfortable bed, and Smart TV. You will hear everything from the bathroom, lol, it's in the center of the room. But I would not hesitate to stay here again.

First time to St. Augustine

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. It’s located in downtown and you can walk to everything! Parking is close and convenient. The place was very clean and comfortable. I read previous reviews and brought a fan and it blocked out any noise. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location for an Old Town stay

This property was great for our trip to St Augustine. We are regular visitors to the historic district and love the location of this property. It is walking distance to everything we want to see. Clean and comfortable.

Forgot makeup light in exchange for reading lamp.

Everything was great, but there were no lamps on either side of the bed OR by either of the 2 chairs. We like to read at night & the ceiling lamps just don’t work well for that!

Excellent Location, communication problem

We enjoyed the place. We would stay there again. In fact we have already recommended it to a friend and they have booked for the first part of February.Our only problem: How to communicate with the owner. Email didn't seem to work. I inquired two or three times about the WIFI password and never received a reply. Fortunately I was able to use my phone as a hotspot in order to gain access to the internet for my computer.

The walkable location to all the restaurants & shops was wonderful. The accommodations were perfect. Extremely clean, nice towels & linens and very comfortable bed! Joe was super quick to reply to any questions. Would definitely rebook!

Excellent place to stay!

This was an adorable studio, safe and clean. Perfect for our short getaway. It had everything we needed. Cannot state enough what a fantastic location this was, right in the heart of the historic district! Walk to everything, you don’t need a car. They have a space for loading/unloading. The free parking garage is a few blocks away. We did not find this to be a big deal (especially since you can drop off you luggage before parking) - super easy to park and walk. The owners were very responsive to questions. One morning the delivery trucks were a bit noisy (expected when you are in the middle of everything), but otherwise very quiet. We would definitely rent this place again. Thank you for making it a great first experience to St Augustine, we will be back!

Great getaway

The location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere. I brought snacks for us to heat in the microwave and that was perfect. It has a small oven, toaster and blender if needed. They have thought of everything. It’s so cute too. I would highly recommend

We have watched the city grow from a quiet, sleepy little beach town to a still small and still friendly little city that has managed to preserve its heritage and multicultural diversity. We have lived in many cities around the world following jobs and dreams and we always manage to return to St Augustine. This is our home and we invite you to partake of our hospitality and the historic charm and natural wonders the city has to offer.
