The apartment is on the second floor of a recently renovated historic building, equipped with an elevator. It is a cozy studio with a Murphy bed for two, a fully equipped modern kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub. You can enjoy the calm from the balcony, overlooking a private garden.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, fiber Wi-Fi, central heating, and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a combined oven/microwave, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a DELTA capsule coffee machine (available in all supermarkets), and all necessary dishes and utensils.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a combined washer/dryer. A hairdryer and a clothes iron are also provided.
A travel crib and a high chair are available upon prior request.
Lisbon Tourist Tax
Tax amount: 4 EUR per person/per night.
Limit: Subject to a maximum amount of 7 nights per guest.
Who must pay: All guests aged 13 and over, except those whose stay is motivated for proven health reasons.

According to Portuguese law, all local accommodation establishments are required to report guest details to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF) (Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service) through the Accommodation Bulletin. This requirement applies to all foreign citizens (non-Portuguese nationals), regardless of nationality or length of stay. The registration must be completed in the SIBA (Information System for Accommodation Bulletins) within three working days after arrival. To comply with this legal requirement, we kindly ask all guests to provide the following details before arrival.
