The property was very clean. The view of the ocean was wonderful. Beach access was a short walk sway. Would stay again if we’re in the area.

Overall, our experience was great. The place had a beautiful view and an excellent location, which we really enjoyed. We did notice that one of the closet handles was broken, the foosball ball was missing, and a few areas were slightly dirty, but aside from that, we had a very nice stay.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the view and the location. Thank you for highlighting those positives. I'm sorry about the broken closet handle, the missing foosball ball, and the cleaning issues you found — I've informed our maintenance and housekeeping teams so the handle will be fixed, the game will be restocked, and our cleaning standards will be reinforced with the team. We appreciate your helpful feedback and hope to welcome you back.

House was nice in a good location. Minimal supplies for washing, etc. in house. Minimal bedding for sofa bed. Nearest Beach access was closed for construction. So walked to beach after parking on residential street as parking at beach access was closed.

Thank you for the review! I'm glad you like the home and the location and appreciate your notes regarding the beach access and soap supply. Our housekeeping team did just revamp our soap kits and they now include more of everything. And yes, that state park is currently undergoing some construction, but thankfully the beach access itself is not blocked. We do also note another beach access point in the guest portal that does have parking available. Thank you so much for the feedback, we hope you'll consider visiting us again.

The view is great at this property! The customer service is TERRIBLE! We had an issue with a chirping smoke detector and the maintenance people wouldn’t come out, “after-hours,” to fix it. We had to deal with trying to sleep with a chirping smoke detector and being told there was nothing that could be done about it. At one point we were even told to try to fix it ourselves,, which was impossible as it was on a vaulted ceiling. Very unhappy with the response we received regarding that issue. They should have maintenance people available at all hours to deal with THEIR property!

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We sincerely apologize for the disruption caused by the chirping smoke detector and that we did not have someone available that evening to assist you. We do have an on-call team, but there are rare instances that they cannot assist and I really am sorry that this was one of them.

The property was as listed, but we found it challenging to have 2 kitchens, both small, and 2 flights of stairs. It would make more sense as a duplex.

Thank you for the review and for choosing Meredith Lodging. We’re sorry the layout of the home made things difficult for you, but appreciate that you stated it's exactly what we've described on the listing. But even so, it's great for future renters to see your note, too, so they can plan accordingly. If there’s anything else we could have done to earn five stars, please message us through the Vrbo app; we’d really appreciate the feedback.

My wife and I stayed with 3 other couples. Two of the bedrooms are a bit small, but it's great having two separate kitchens, living rooms and decks. Made it super easy to either gather as a group or do your own thing and have some space.

There are beautiful views of the ocean from the large wall of windows on 2 floors of this house. It is very comfortable and well appointed with comfortable beds in each of 4 bedrooms. The appliances all worked and it was nice to have 2 complete kitchens to borrow from so we had everything we needed. This was by far the best house we have rented

Beautiful location

We were a group of 10 54 year old college friends. This was a perfect house for us. Plenty of bathrooms and places to sleep. Walking distance to restaurants. The only thing I would ask for is more towels. We ground 10 towels for 10of us. Not enough for this group of women. We would definitely stay here again!!
