Definitely cute house. Good view of ocean. Very much an older beach house. Needs lots of repair and work. The Beds in the bedrooms were comfortable however the pictures show two twin beds but it’s actually 1. 1 pull out sofa, but needs to be repaired or buy a new one. Very uncomfortable. We did come into a dirty kitchen and broken toilet seat. Found some dirty towels as well. The property management sent a repair guy next am for a fix. Hard to use one toilet for 9 people. Otherwise not much to the house. Quick walk to the beach. Roads end is always a great place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the space, and appreciate you pointing out the areas that need attention. We apologize for the cobwebs and dust on the ceiling fan—we will have our team address this. The listing description does note that the home has two levels, but we’ll review it to make sure the information about the interior stairs is clear. We value your booking and hope to host you again!

Relaxing getaway!

Homey house just off the beach. Hot tub with ocean view was amazing. VRBO didn’t give me checkin instructions but an email with property management. They were quick to get me hose code and Wi-Fi login. The only thing that would have been nice was if there were a couple of beach chairs. Spent a lot of time on the deck. Beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful visit. I strongly recommend the management company.

We had a great time. House is stocked well. Would suggest a griddle for pancakes. Musty smell down stairs but not unbearable. Beds are comfy. Awesome water pressure in the showers. Totally noticed the Speed Queen washer & dryer. Best brand ever. I would suggest to friends, unless you have difficulty with stairs.

Nice house - but king bed frame broke

We rented this house to bake a wedding cake and house friends and family attending the wedding at our property. The soon to be bride and groom were in the king master bedroom. After a very long day our son sat on the bed to take his shoes off and the bed frame broke. This was on the second night, so had to deal with broken bed remainder of our stay.

The house was great except there was no soap in the upstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom had one little soap. The hot tub had lots of sand in it so I reported it and they said they would send someone out. No one came while I was there and I was there all day. The next day the water was green and it just got worse. I reported it, and a loose board on the deck. By yesterday the hot tub smelled. We were not able to use it and that was one of the main attractions of the house for us and where it was located.

Thank you for staying with us and for the review, Freida. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars. I sincerely apologize there wasn’t soap stocked in the upstairs bathroom and only a small bar downstairs. Our housekeeping team has just finished revamping our soap kits and they now include pump bottles and a large supply of our various soaps, so that guests don't worry about running out. I am also truly sorry that the hot tub wasn't properly balanced and can assure you that we are correcting this with our service team. Our maintenance team will also pay special attention to the deck boards promptly, thank you for flagging that concern as well. Your feedback is helping us make immediate improvements, thank you.
