2 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom Sleeps 4
Born & raised in Boise, ID and specifically South East Boise, I have a passion for the area and amenities. I've been in Real Estate for over 20 years and love updating older homes in great locations!
Why Owner/Manager chose Southeast Boise
SE Boise is the BEST location in town. Close to downtown, the Boise River & Greenbelt, Foothills, shopping, airport and more. We fell in love with this little SE pocket. No one would know about this street, there are only a handful of homes on it. From fall BSU Football tailgating, to year round out door access to the Boise Greenbelt trails & Foothills, there is something for everyone.

This property was great. Everything the listing and reviews promised. Loved the great grassy yard for our pups and the area with all the restaurants and businesses within walking distance. Thanks for a relaxing vacation Amy! And Bacon 🥓!!! Loved your restaurant too. We will definitely be back.

Cozy and convenient
I stayed at this cozy bungalow while visiting my daughter. The location was convenient for our local sight seeing, and the home was very comfortable while we enjoyed some family time. Amy left some nice snacks for us to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and clean. Towels were very nice. Backyard was secluded and we enjoyed a nice meal on the grill. I’ll be staying here again for future visits.
Nice house. Property manager was very prompt in dealing with issues. Very comfortable.
I am a repeat customer and this clean and comfortable home never disappoints!
BOI Vacation - We will be back!
We have nothing but great things to say about this property. Check-in was easy, check-out instructions were clear and concise. The house is in close proximity to very nice grocery stores, it's easily/quickly accessible from the interstate, and getting downtown is a breeze. The house was clean and extremely well-appointed, with plenty of household items like plates, dishes, sheets, towels (lots of towels are a BIG deal for us - we've run into trouble with not having enough towels at other rentals before). The furniture in the den was up-to-date, clean, and very comfortable. The bedrooms had extremely comfortable beds/mattresses that were nice to have after long days of hiking and sightseeing. Everything was in working order, and the house is very well maintained. When we return to Boise (that's a definite "when", not an "if"), we will try our very best to stay here again, because we couldn't have asked for better.
Returning to Texas from Western National Parks tour, we had booked a one night at Amy’s place at 1614 Priest. Should have booked 2 nights to better appreciate all that Boise has to offer.
