Located several blocks off the main road and facing west, enjoy complete tranquility, light winds at your back, and the absolute best sunsets in all of Puerto Rico. Great house lots of room

The generator backup was a life saver. I wish the property manager was more responsive however. Only complaint is we had large dogs next store that barked every morning every night night every day

Great time

I recently stayed at a fantastic beachfront property in Puerto Rico, and it was everything I could have hoped for and more! The location was unbeatable—you could literally walk to beach bars and incredible local food spots, making it super convenient to soak up the local vibe. The backyard led straight to the beach, where I spent hours snorkeling in waters right off the back porch. It felt like having my own private slice of paradise! The free laundry facilities were a lifesaver, especially for a longer stay, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This property is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun-filled beach getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

This house is exactly what we wanted

Beach and ocean waves at your doorstep outside the large rear patio area which is mostly shaded. Each room has a nice feel with bathrooms that are well placed. Many different areas for your group to sit. Location an easy walk or drive to everything in Rincon. Handyman is readily available and attentive.

Amazing Property and location!

Loved, loved, loved our stay at this home. Worth every penny! Snorkeling and fishing (caught a tarpin) out the back door. House is clean and well appointed, lots of beach stuff including plenty of towels and good chairs, coolers etc. Air conditioning in bedrooms is great and keeps whole house nice. Loved being able to walk to downtown, several bakeries, food trucks, Villa Confressi and more. We had the lower level with myself and husband and 5 30somethings that kept that outdoor area a party! We all would book it again tomorrow!

Breathtaking

Large space for a big family. Small children felt free and the view of the beach, sea, sky and sunset were awe inspiring. If you couldn't decidde on where to go one day, then just stay home and play in the waves and eat at local spots to savor island cuisine -- from fun food trucks to open and frieendly restaurats. Loved getting local coffee in the early monring hours from th back of an old VW wagon. There are always little things to whine about -- could use a slight cookware upgrade, a drip from a shower head and a night table light not working -- but everything we experienced way overshadowed the nitpicking. Rincon is more the Puerto Rico of 30 to 40 years ago without the islands eastern hustle, bustle and congestion. It was a relaxing and sun-drenched exciting time. We had more than enough to do including horseback riding, snorkeling and hiking. Thanks.

Paradise!

We had such a wonderful stay in Rincon. The house was beautiful, well stocked and in a perfect location. The beach was kid-friendly and right in your backyard. Restaurants, grocery stores and snorkeling were within walking distance from the house. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time and would come back in an instant!

Week in Rincon

Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Rincon. Having the beach out the back door was the best. We would definitely return. I would suggest, however, that it is time that the kitchen cabinets and countertop be refreshed along with some plumbing fixtures.

A beautiful week!

The home was clean, modern and well appointed. The location is a great, right on the on the ocean with great snorkeling right off the beach. A short walk/drive to restaurants, shopping and our favorite spot Villa Confresi for the pirates drink in a coconut! Great wi-fi and cell coverage, comfortable beds and great outdoor covered porch with comfy furniture for awesome sunsets. Can’t wait to go back!

Great house, great view!

Even if it rains you can be outside and enjoy the view. House is clean and updated. Cofessi restaurant is a couple of houses away. Only one mentionable negative, almost nonstop barking next door. I would still rent again!

Perfect stay...highly recommended!

This property is just perfect. Great location, clean, well stocked...everything you need. You just can't beat waking up in the morning to a view of your private little slice of beach and the sounds of waves crashing. The pictures just don't do it justice. 8 adults stayed here for 5 nights and there was more than enough room for everyone. Walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown, the location is awesome. Place was clean and well stocked upon our arrival. Juan, the property's caretaker, was super helpful as well. He's available for anything you may need during your stay. Can't say enough about this property! It's a must book for sure!

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

This property was as described with plenty of space for everyone to gather indoors, outdoors or have privacy if they wanted. Our friends rented the upstairs unit and the outdoor bathroom/ showers proved to be a HUGE PLUS!!! We would LOVE to return to this house!! The surf was bigger than normal during our stay so the calm beach wasn't as calm as we would have liked but nobody tells the ocean what to do! There were many places to walk to and felt safe letting the teens go in small groups. Our broom was broken but not a big deal as we borrowed the upstairs broom a couple of times. Only other feedback is that it would have been nice to have a few more plastic cups for the kids and kitchen towels were in short supply. STILL 5 STARS all day long!

Awesome family getaway!

We rented this house for Christmas and it was perfect! The house is clean and spacious. The outdoor living area right on the beach is just awesome! The location is convenient to restaurants and downtown Rincon and a quick drive to many surf breaks! We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely rent this beautiful house again!!

Fantastic location, great house

The house layout was perfect for our 2 families. Enough rooms and bathrooms. The family room/game room was great for the teens to watch tv, play games and have their own area. The large dining table is great for everyone to sit and have meals together. The living spaces do not have AC but we did not mind at all. The a/c units in the bedrooms were fantastic. I was super impressed that I did not see a single bug in this house! I am originally from the Caribbean and know all about them. The most fantastic thing about this house is its location, the beach is in the back, just steps away. The large terrace was great for watching the ocean, listening to music. It has both sun and shade with lots of seating options. As a mom, I absolutely loved the outside shower for kids to rinse off sand and saltwater. I must confess they actually showered here several times! There is a small grocery store walking distance as well as several other shops. We had a surf shop deliver standup boards and boogie boards for the week which was great. The water was beautiful and right next door you have Steps Beach with an amazing reef to snorkel. Communication with Shawn and the local manager was fantastic and prompt. I would definitely rent again.

Family Trip 2020

We traveled with family and friends for our 2nd year in a row to the Rincon area. Last year was very nice but this year was spectacular! This house is perfect for large groups. There is room for everyone to be together or to do their own thing. You could actually stay at the house all week and have a wonderful time. However, the location is great when you do go out. Close to so much. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and more. You can walk to many. You can even walk down the beach to Coconuts and enjoy a cocktail and / or a meal, and shop at their artisan's market. The best part of all, you have the beautiful Caribbean Sea right outside your door. Listen to the waves and watch the pelicans dive for fish while you hang out in your amazing outdoor space, plenty of both shade and sun. Juan is very helpful if you have any issues. The city had to turn the water off for a few hours and he was there with gallons of water only minutes after I called him. This place is great. I would, and definitely hope to return. I just wish I stayed longer! Thanks!

Rincon getaway

Great property right on the water. We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the water. Villa is close to several nice beaches and good restaurants. Our group of 10 comfortably stayed here for a week.

Rincon 2020

We just got home from a week in Rincon and this wonderful property. This is the third place we have stayed in our 5 trips and this one was the best. Shawn was a tremendous help and answered any questions or concerns we had right away.(He was a great help in easing our minds with the earthquakes that were hitting the southern part of the island). The property was easy to get to, clean and exceeded our expectations. We had three couples and our daughters with us. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out or have our own space. We especially loved the patio in the afternoon and evenings.....great place to have a Medalla and watch the sunset. Last but not least, the beach! It was wonderful....easy to get in and out of and it was like we had it all to ourselves. We loved it here and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. Garry O'Leary

Perfect Home & Best Sunset Views

This property was everything it described and more - a great layout for a group of friends, plenty of space for all guests and the outdoor area was even bigger than expected. Everything was clean and new and the manager replied on all of our inquiries within a day or less. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation and House!!

Nice, clean, comfortable house. Great location within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Lots of room for our group to enjoy each other. The snorkeling is pretty good right in front of the house. Had an amazing vacation!
