What a wonderful property. The children enjoyed the pool daily and walks out to the beach. Easy to walk into town and reach restaurants in the ferry. I would recommend this day to anyone.

Great townhouse at the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Yachtsman Townhouse. The 2nd bedroom with the bunkbeds and tv was really great for our children. The kitchen had everything we needed and the convenience to the beach can't be beat! I really appreciated that linens were included and that the checkout process asked for used linens to be left in the tub which saved so much time for us during departure.

Beautiful unit in a beautiful complex seconds from the water. When we had a small issue (our own fault), the owner and building management were extremely responsive and kind (and didn’t call us idiots!!). Walking distance from town. Absolutely loved our stay!

Wonderful get away

Beautiful townhouse very close to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Well supplied and there were plenty of extras such as towels and pillows. The five of us were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Our stay here was wonderful! The location is absolutely perfect. It’s close to several beaches, parks, Cape Cod summer baseball games, restaurants, and so much more. The unit is actually quite a bit larger in person compared to the pictures!! We had plenty of room to spread out and relax with our three children. Our kids didn’t want to leave when our trip was over. We’d definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful home

We loved staying in this home. It was about .5 mile to the harbor and 1 mile to Main Street. Very walkable town. The pool was steps from the back door. The small, calm beach was a two minute walk through the community. We did not locate the beach chairs or umbrella, but still were able to enjoy our time at the beach. The hosts were very communiccative and helpful.

Excellent layout and many conveniences

We loved the layout of the unit and it was stocked with small conveniences that we didn't think to bring, like a small cooler that we used every day, a beach mat and the umbrella. The rooftop deck was a big hit, as therewas always a cool breeze up there, no matter how hot it was outside. The beach was nice to sit on and look at the view, but the water wasn't great for swimming, as it's a boat harbor. We just drove to a nearby beach instead. I'd definitely stay here again.

Spent one week in unit 12 in Hyannis. Location and property were awesome. Unit well stocked with dishes, linens, games, etc. Poll was great and walking distance to beach was perfect. Size of unit gave 4 if us plenty of room! Unit could have been cleaned better prior to arrival, but vacuum and cleaning products were available for us to quickly give unit a quick sanitizing. Great property that we would return to!

Great for a large family

We had a great time! The condo was great for a family with a clean, 9 ft. deep pool on the property along with a 5 minute walk to the private beach. The beach was in a bay, so it was protected and very calm. But if you want waves, Kalmus beach was a 10 minute walk. You could also take a slightly longer walk and get to restaurants and ice cream. The condo was clean, the multiple levels helped make it feel very spacious, even with 6 people staying there. The patio with a grill had a large umbrella to stay out of the sun and there were two balconies where you could enjoy the full moon. If this is available when we return to Cape Cod, we'll be staying here.

Nice place, convenient location

Great little place with a pool just off the back deck, and a private beach on the other side of the complex. Public beach with snack shack is just past that. Beaches were a little rocky/seaweedy, but it's the cape so you have to expect that. Within walking/biking distance is Hyannis Harbor with a park, artists' sheds, several restaurants, ferry boats to islands, Ben and Jerry's, fishing boats, etc. Nice way to spend a night. Beyond that is a street with cute shops - we never made it that far. The place itself was a great layout. Smallish kitchen but perfect for making beach sandwiches and snacks. We grilled and ate in one night. The place has a digital piano that is not shown but is fun - most of our family and various guests play so that was great. The layout was neat as every room had it's own floor. And the laundry came in handy with all the swimming we did! Hyannis is also centrally located, so we made excursions to PTown, kayaking on the Bass in West Dennis, dinner at Mashpee Commons... A great time was had by all!

One tip, I found beaches along inner cape are more sandy with fine grain sand extending miles into ocean during low tide. It is just about 15-30 minutes away. My family just went to Paines Creek Landing and Beach yesterday and it was amazing! Locals say it is the best place for sunset for entire Cape.

Wonderful Vacation home

This multi-level townhome was adorable, clean and in a great location. The Yachtsman property was gorgeous and right on the ocean/beach. Host provided anything you could want. A great vacation experience!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. The unit itself is very clean and spacious. There are three private outdoor spaces, the private beach is beautiful, and it’s an easy walk to restaurants and ferries to the islands. We would definitely stay here again!

Hyannis Heaven

As described the condo is snuggled between two very popular beaches. It is a wonderful walking or biking area and close to many restaurants and shops. We had a small snaffu, however the land lords were extremely easy to work with to resolve it. Their response time from making the reservation through departure was very timely, and very friendly people. A real pleasure to work with.

The condo’s location is perfect for our family!

Great location, close to beaches and restaurants. Bright inside and Nicely furnished. Master bathroom shower had little water pressure and would get cold if someone else took a shower. The only other con is that I wish we brought yoga mats for the thin twin mattresses in the bunk beds, as the kids thought they were not comfortable. Loved the three outdoor options- roof top deck, balcony off master, and larger space off the living room. We will stay here in the future again!

Great location for first visit to Cape Cod

This was our first visit to Cape Cod. We booked a little late in the season but found this nice place. It was clean and as described with plenty of beds. The. beds are setup up more for children but we moved some mattresses around and used the sleeper sofa for our 2 adult children. The location was ideal for the sightseeing that was on our list— ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, fishing, beaches, downtown Hyannis. The pool was a nice bonus to cool off. We walked to the ferry and to the restaurants several evenings. The owner called us upon arrival just to make sure all was ok—really good customer care.
