The apartment features bright and spacious living areas with plenty of natural light and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Two private balconies provide relaxing outdoor spaces complete with outdoor furniture, lighting and a BBQ, ideal for entertaining or unwinding after a day outdoors. The combined lounge and dining area includes a Smart TV, Blu-ray player and reading lamp, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering stays. Electric heating throughout and portable fans ensure year-round comfort, with free Wi-Fi included for guest use.

Flexible two bedroom layout with spa ensuite
Cascades 18 comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a practical and flexible bedroom configuration:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV, reading lamps, luggage racks and ensuite with spa bath
Bedroom 2: Two king single beds (can be configured as a king on request), bedside lamps and luggage rack

The main bathroom also functions as a laundry and includes a shower over bath, washer, dryer, drying rack and laundry supplies for added convenience during longer stays.

Secure ski storage, drying room and undercover parking
Guests have access to a secure drying room with ski storage, along with a lock up garage space suitable for mountain bikes and additional ski equipment. One undercover parking space is also included for guest use, providing easy access throughout the year.

Our summer getaway to Snowy mountains

Great location with views of the Jindabyne Lake, with easy walking access to lake, shops and restaurants. Drove to Thredbo and to Charlotte Pass which is just half hour away, central location.

Well set and convenient accommodation with great view

The property was clean and very close to the shops. It was quiet and very spacious. The property had everything you needed for a comfortable stay including all cooking utensils. On our first night, we noticed the kettle was broken and gave the Property Manager a call the next morning. The kettle was replaced with a new one on the same day, it was hassle free and really quick.
