In a fantastic location, the property is located directly on a wide canal, which allows you to explore the Gulf of Mexico with its unique island world such as. B. To reach Sanibel and Captiva by boat.
The glass front in the living area can be completely opened to the pool area, thus creating an open living feeling. The south orientation of the villa and the pool (heated with a switchable waterfall and pool lighting) offers sun worshipers the opportunity to enjoy the Florida sun until late in the evening.
The spacious terrace offers enough space to relax, read or dream. Here you can watch hunting water birds, jumping fish and turtles. Or you can enjoy your sundowner at the tiki bar and watch the sunset. Passionate boaters will also get their money's worth here. Great House!

The house fits many guests comfortably. The view of the pool and canal with the tiki hut is breath taking. The beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with tools and supplies. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our week very much. The house was as shown in the listing. Well furnished and clean. The pool was warm and well used. Dock area very pleasant….additional stools at tiki bar would be nice. Very quiet neighbourhood. A short drive to a great park with playground, tennis and pickleball courts.

Outstanding vacation rental at a reasonable price. My family had a great time. open floor plan with great access to lanai. Lanai and area surrounding pool as large enough to suit both the sun bathers and those desiring shade. I enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails under the tiki hut on the dock. Family vacation

Thanks for sharing your vacation home, we had a wonderful stay. The outside area was where we spent most of our time and it was so nice! The beds were cozy and comfy and the rooms were nice for our family to have their own area. We rented a boat and lift did not initially work and owner responded right away and got part ordered and fixed. What a wonderful home to lay out by the pool, get some sun, and make some memories! A beautiful home!

Villa Miami is a beautiful home! It is very well appointed with all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and spent lots of time on the screened lanai. The house was spotless and had more than enough room for the whole family. The location is in a lovely quiet neighborhood with easy access to all the area has to offer. I think our favorite part was sitting at the tiki hut on the dock just enjoying the breeze and watching the fish jumping. I highly recommend Villa Miami!!

Ernestine and Georg we’re the perfect couple to rent with. The home was great and had everything we needed to be comfortable. My children loved the pool area, and we also rented a boat for the week to go explore all of the islands! Cayo Costa was one of our favorites and we saw dolphins almost every time we were out! Great stay at Villa Miami

My husband and I traveled to Villa Miami from western NY. We arrived after dark and found the house very welcoming. There were lights turned on, music playing and snacks waiting for us on the table along with instructions on check in, information about the house/pool and the WiFi password. The house was clean, comfortable and beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool was wonderful as was the tiki hut and we enjoyed riding the bikes each morning. Publix is just a short drive away as are several restaurants. The only complaint we had was that the lanai could have used a good cleaning, which we did mention to the property manager. The owners, Ernestine and Georg, were easy to work with, responded to all of our questions and checked in on us. Overall, it’s a wonderful home in a great location and we would not hesitate to visit again!

Great location

I have to say that this property is well managed. We also own a couple of VRBO‘s in the Smoky Mountains, which getting service in our area is very hard to do. There were a couple issues while we were there and the property manager immediately dispatch somebody to get them taken care of. As with only any home, you’re gonna come across things from time to time and it’s nice to see that they have such a large pool of able and willing service technicians to handle any issue that they may have. The location was awesome and the lanai area was beautiful The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were all nice. We had three dogs which we walked around the block quite a few times. I don’t think that you can go wrong with this property. We even had guest stay a couple of times with us and they had their own side of the house Which was convenient. Based on the fact that we rented the home for a month, I felt it was a little petty to charge 50 to use the grill, but overall the rest of the experience was great .

Very nice house & location

We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time overall. The home itself is very nice—spacious, well decorated, and nicely laid out. The pool and lanai area were definite highlights of our trip, providing a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. The home was well-stocked with amenities, and the beds were very comfortable.That said, we did encounter a few challenges during our stay. There were conflicting instructions from the host, VRBO, and the property management company regarding check-in, check-out, and general house rules, which led to some confusion. There were also notes about extra charges for items that were not mentioned in the initial VRBO listing. We appreciate listings that disclose extras up front. Additionally, while the property highlighted some amenities in pictures, they were not all available for our stay as expected. Lastly, we noticed a few cleanliness issues in certain areas of the home that could have been addressed more thoroughly before our arrival.Despite these minor setbacks, we truly did enjoy our time at this property. With some improved communication and attention to detail, this vacation rental has the potential to offer a flawless experience. We’d consider staying here again for the beautiful setting and overall comfort it provided.

Sehr schöne Lage an einem Kanal in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Gute Ausstattung und schöne Schlafzimmer. Aussenbereich mit Pool und ausreichend Sitzmöbeln und Liegen. Strandstühle und Schirm für den Beach vorhanden. Tolle Betreuung durch Gastgeber und Agentur vor Ort. Unsere Fragen wurden immer sofort beantwortet. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage am Kanal. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat perfekt geklappt. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit der Küche, des Essbereiches und des vorhandenes Geschirr/Bestecks. (zum Teil schmutzig und angeschlagen) Das Geschirr sollte ausgewechselt werden, wurde aber leider nicht mehr in unserer Anweisenheit gemacht. Alle andere Räumlichkeiten waren sehr ordentlich und sauber.

Lovely home!

This house fulfilled all of our expectations except for one thing.....the pool temperature. Prior to our arrival, the area had a lot of rain, cloudy and cool days. The pool temperature was quite "chilly." When the property manager called regarding our check in, I expressed our concerns regarding the pool temp. She said that the heater doesn't get turned on until December and she thought the temp would raise with the warmer temps....wrong it did not. She did not see to keen on turning on the heater so we did not enjoy the pool as we would have liked and that was disappointing. The house was perfect other than that.

Usually the guest can determine whether the pool should be heated, regardless of the time of year. Normally this is only desired in the colder months, as the electricity consumption has to be paid by the guest. Definitely would stay again..could use a good cleaning though.

Ernestine and Georg were excellent in their timeliness and communication. Directions for access into the house were easy to follow and understand. We entered late to soft music and warm lighting. Did a quick walk through and noticed as we were getting into bed the pillow cases had make up on them, which was a complaint in a previous review so I was concerned they were either stained or never cleaned. We simply grabbed other pillows from the other bed rooms. The layout is great and is exactly what you see in the photo's, The neighborhood is quiet, all the pool and beach supplies in the garage was a plus. There were lots of items in the kitchen, two of the coffee pots did not work, one did..and lots of "left behind" items such as spices, baggies, etc came in handy as well. Couple concerns, the lanai area was filthy, I actually swept the area the best I could and washed it with the hose but it did very little to clean it except get the loose and heavier dirt out. It needs painted as well as the main entry way, just like the previous renter stated..guessing it never got cleaned. Inside the house was a bit confusing with multiple fan/light swiches/ac hand controls and wall mounted controls. Some work, some don't...some labeled that didn't do anything. Also noticed one of the light fixtures in the main living room area almost looks charred. The biggest suprise was the "electricity" contract with the property management company BMI. The ONLY place we noticed anything about electric is at the very bottom of the VRBO page for this property where it mentions in 1 sentence mixed with German $,12 per kwH. I never seen it, it never showed up in estimated fees or total when we actually booked the property and once we paid we could not cancel. I don't feel it was properly displayed before we booked and paid, looking back it was emailed to us after the fact that they would be charging us for electric consumption during our stay even though the pool and ac units would need to be operated even if the house was vacant we get charged for occupying the home during our stay. I do not think it was properly displayed or fore mentioned specifically before booking. All and all, the property is good, and I'm sure it could be or was GREAT. Floors inside need a good cleaning, walls need freshened up throughout, maybe a little better explanation on the electric charges, It's a solid 4 but not quite a 5. We would stay again if we were welcome, had a relaxing time, Thank you!

We try to resolve all problems and will repair / renew what you mentionned, We are sorry that the price for the power consumption is not clear on the vrbo site.
