Spacious Waterfront Home in popular Mossy Point featuring expansive views of the pristine Tomaga River.
Disabled Friendly, Pet Friendly (on application) & free WIFI.
Open Plan Living/Dining Area, Large Entertaining Deck, Spacious Master Suite, Large Lawn Area for Kids to Play. Plenty of room for 2 Families or Bring the In-Laws!
All Linen provided for $80 fee.
From the moment you enter 'Wyuna' you will feel at home on your ideal coastal getaway.
LIVING AREA - Spacious Open Plan Living, Dining and Kitchen Area that opens up onto the large deck. All featuring fantastic views of the pristine Tomaga River. Reverse Cycle Heating/Air Con as well as a Fireplace to keep you comfortable all year round.
MASTER SUITE - Featuring Amazing Views with King Size Bed, walk in robe, kitchenette, ensuite and separate access from the deck (no internal access).
SECOND BEDROOM - Has a Queen Size Bed also with great views.
THIRD BEDROOM - Has 3 x King Single Beds and same games to enjoy.
FOURTH BEDROOM - Has 1 x King Single Bed. There is also a portacot, highchair and baby bath available on request.
KITCHEN - Fully equipped Kitchen featuring coffee machine, fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and everything you should need. We provide a small supply of tea, coffee, milk, cleaning supplies, salt & pepper, cooking oil, glad wrap and tin foil to help you feel at home straight away.
LAUNDRY - The Laundry has a washing machine and dryer and is also home to the 3rd Bathroom that is suitable for wheelchair use with a large shower including shower chair.
DISABLED ACCESS - The entire house is wheel chair accessible, there are no steps to enter the house. A shower chair is provided for your convenience.
PETS - Pets are welcome, but need to be approved prior to your stay. The yard is fenced but due to small gaps, smaller dogs may be able to get out. Please bring all bedding for your pets comfort. Mossy Point is an ideal dog friendly holiday! Your dog is allowed to be exercised off leash right in front of the house, including swimming at the boat ramp. Also our beautiful surrounding beaches of Tomakin and Broulee both have 24 hour off lead areas.
OUTDOORS - There is large fenced front yard with carport and an outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The Backyard features a large North facing entertaining deck with magnificent views.
LINEN - Bedding and towels can be provided for all guests for the small fee of $80.

Our three generation group and two dogs loved everything about our stay in this lovely house. Fantastic location. Lovely host. Practical, comfortable and well appointed house. We were instantly comfortable and can't wait to stay again.

How's the serenity...

Our week at Waterfront Mossy Point was exactly what we were looking for, off the well beaten track with nothing to do but beach walks, swimming, reading, a few games of golf and a glass of two of wine with a bbq dinner on the back deck to watch the evening come in. What a piece of paradise!

Perfect for family, friends and the dogs

We enjoyed a week and we will stay longer next time. So relaxing and peaceful. Enough to do if you want to be active or do nothing and enjoy the view which is ever changing and absolutely stunning. The yard was perfect for our two dogs, a greyhound and a JRT. Mum is 92 and uses a walking aid, the house was safe and easy for mum to navigate. We had friends stay for a few days and there was ample room. Can’t fault this house and location , it was just fabulous.

Amazing Mossy Point.

We had a wonderful week away at Mossy Point. Although the weather wasn't the best, it was still amazing to sit and watch the view which was ever changing. The house was awesome, with everything you could possibly need. The beds were the so comfortable, in fact even more comfortable than our own bed. The Quality of the linen was awesome and coming in and having all the beds made and towels on the beds was just wonderful. Our 4 dogs just loved exploring the yard and chasing balls and each other around. It was wonderful to be able to have them with us. We look forward to coming back again. Kim and Paul ACT

Perfect waterfront relaxation

We both love this place. Older style, but stylish and unpretentious with the best location. Great for our two dogs as well. Very helpful and friendly owner. We only had a few days but will definitely go back for a longer stay.

Mossy Point Paradise

Five firm friends went away for 5 days to recharge after some difficult times. This is the perfect place to come and rewind. The house is warm, cosy with spectacular views of the river. The yard is perfect for puppies to play then a hop skip and a jump to a lovely walking track to Broulee beach. Perfect walk and we were welcomed by the local whales putting on a beautiful show. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, this place is even better than the description.

This is a magical house in a magical location!

Kaylyn's house more than met our expectations. I stayed there for 6 wonderful nights with my daughter and her best friend and their young sons. The house worked perfectly for us. I loved it that each night I could retire to the peace and calm of my separate space. Waking up each morning to views of Tomago River and Tomakin Beach in the background literally took my breathe away. Then there was the added bonus of walking 50 metres down the slope to the coffee shed where we spoke to the locals and met the resident stingrays and pelicans. I can't recommend this house highly enough and dream of going to stay again!

Perfection by the Point

This house stay has it all. A well appointed, spacious and clean home with everything you need at hand. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all the things you need and the view is worth the price. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing and great location

This was a fabulous place to stay and you must try and stay for more than 2 nights to enjoy exploring the walks along the expansive coastline. We loved it and the house was roomy and comfortable.
