Amazing ! Will come back

It was a great stay , generally felt like I was at home! Wyane was a great host , very accommodating and patient. Would gladly stay here again in the near future.

Our new home away from home

Just entering the door it was WOW!!! It was immaculate, comfortable and we felt right at home. All rooms very spacious, clean, air conditioned, good water pressure and in an extremely safe area. I will strongly recommend coming here instead of going to a hotel.

Lovely

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation, we felt safe and welcomed. Communication was 100% Mr wayne and his wife are really nice people and always on the end of the phone if you need them. I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely,peaceful,and clean apartment with a view of the area. The host and his wife made it comfortable and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They gave attention to details and were helpful in us finding another location to stay in, since we could only book with them for part of our stay. I would come an stay again, if I need too.

Calm and refreshing

This apartment is truly a home away from home. The pictures on-line are nice. The view is better in person. The bed is more comfortable, than my bed at home. I will definitely get a firmer bed. My kids enjoyed the living room (spacious). The bedrooms are a good size. This had everything we could have needed, if we didn't bring. blow dryer, laundry room, iron' good bath soap etc. They really put thought into their guest stay. I appreciate that. It's about a 5 min walk to get a maxi or car on the main road to Hight street or Marabella (convenient). Mr. Wayne and his wife are welcoming. They are very easy to talk to, if you have questions. I will use them again, God willing next summer.

I would start by saying the check in process was easy since Wayne the owner lives on the property. He was there on my arrival and was able to show me how everything works. The property has remote control access gates and doors for the convenience of its guest. This really made life easy. Whenever I had a question Wayne was easily accessible by phone or if needs be he would physically come to help. The location is clean quiet, and the surrounding properties are well kept also. Everything you see in the photos are real. The apartment is well furnished and well kept. Beautifull Kitchen, all appliances were available for my comfort, and I must say they were all new, functioning and clean. The bathrooms were modern and fixtures immaculate. My bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and the pillows were out of this world. Whenever I'm going to Trinidad again that's where I'm staying once its available. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who desires a decent place to stay.Thanks Wayne and see you again SOON.Anslem

Lovely and cozy place

The place is amazing . when you inside the house from the left side, you’ll see San Fernando Hill and the right side. You can see bits of the ocean. It’s a beautiful place very quiet. Nobody bothers you. Mr. Wayne is always there to help you . The room so lovely and the bathroom to. An easy to travel if you want to get around Trinidad by taxi. One of the highest point was seeing the sunset and sunrise from the living room I took some beautiful pictures of that it was amazing is like seeing artwork in the sky. If you stay there, you guys won’t regret it.

Spectacular stay

I don’t usually do reviews, but I just had to take the time for this one. At first, I was very skeptical as my hosts actually lived upstairs but let me tell you…Wayne and Ruth were extremely attentive to our needs and ensured we were comfortable. They thought of everything! From coffee to a pair of scissors (which I needed). We were beyond satisfied with the space; the pictures fail to capture the ambiance. Needless to say, my future trips to Trinidad will be scheduled around the availability of this home as I refuse to settle for less.

Wonderful

When we arrived at the property, we felt the security immediately, as the property is gated, and a code that was unique to us, was used to enter the property, adding even more security. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised at how modern the apartment was, very pleased, even nicer than the pictures on the website, which I thought were very good. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, Wayne was always available to answer any queries and was a lovely host. It was truly a wonderful apartment, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommend this Apartment and will be booking our stay here again on our return. Thank you Wayne for everything and for ensuring our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

The location was as advertised...beautiful location and home..Nevertheless, .the property had too many maintenance issues.. the upstairs master bedroom a/c does not work. Asked to have it repaired. NO ONE CAME. Other leaks in orher areas.Also not sure why, but we had no running water for the last 2 days??? If we didnt have family near by this wouldve been much worser. But damn we paid good money for the stay.Unacceptable!!
