Top floor apartment with a bedroom and living room / kitchen, for up to 4 people, a double bed and a bunk bed, large Blindex window with a view of the winter garden. a sofa bed in the living room, cable TV-32 ", 4 burner stove, duplex refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, wifi 120 g, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and pedestal fan, front porch, barbecue shower and laundry in the courtyard, garage for car, security camera!
New buildings all clean, close to the most beautiful beaches!
Comfort and warmth in a clean environment! The apartments are amazing to rent for the season, it is on Itaguá beach, close to the center, next to "Praia Grande" and Tenório beach. Itaguá beach is the most popular and where everyone wants to be, it is the beach where boats and schooners leave for Anchieta island, Couves island, Prumirim island, etc ,. In Itaguá is where they have the Shoping with McDonald's, Cinema and Snack Bars, ice cream parlors, shops, the Pier, Aquarium, Praça da Baleia, Tamar Project, Markets, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Ice Cream Parlor, Pizzeria, Craft shops, it is the point of life day and night. It is where everyone comes for a walk. Close to the most beautiful beaches!
The Flat is located next to Praça do Cristo, in a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Itaguá beach.
Come and visit this paradise called "Ubatuba" in a pleasant and familiar atmosphere !!!
