Esta casa de campo se encuentra en una excelente ubicación para caminar por la playa, cenar, ir de compras o simplemente relajarse. Camine a Sea St. Playa y playa de Keyes que está a solo 120 pasos de su puerta. Esta casa de dos dormitorios puede dormir 6 y es el lugar de vacaciones perfecto. Ropa de cama y toallas de baño están incluidos. Disfrute de las hermosas vistas al mar y de las impresionantes puestas de sol desde su terraza. Dese un chapuzón en la piscina privada climatizada de la asociación (Estacional: del 7 de junio al Día del Trabajo). Nuestra casa es ideal para niños de todas las edades. Duerme 6 en 1 rey, 2 gemelos y 1 reina sofá cama. La playa es perfecta para los niños. Es una playa de arena, aguas tranquilas, temperaturas cálidas y rara vez hay mucha gente. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas dentro de una milla de la casa. Haga una excursión de un día a Martha's Vineyard o Nantucket a través del ferry que está muy cerca. Our stay was fabulous, the cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a very nice walk to all the restaurants and shops. Hyannis had many wonderful restaurants and very easy to get around Cape Cod via car to visit the various towns.

Perfect location. This cottage really is just steps to the beach, steps to the pool and a quick car ride to Main Street.The cottage itself was lovely. Clean and comfortable with a nice deck for added room.Tom was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions that arose. We are return visitors and will definitely look at staying here again when next we visit the Cape.

Our stay was amazing! Perfect spot for our family of 4. Easy walk to the beach and it was great to have the pool as an option. Impeccably clean and comfortable space. Tom was extremely communicative and accommodating! This wasn’t our first stay here and I hope won’t be our last.

Tom was great to work with. He was right on top of communication and very personable. The beach cottage was absolutely beautiful. There were many warm touches added to the decor that made it very homey. The beach was about five houses away down a very small hill on the path to the beach. We had a great view from the deck and enjoyed a great amount of time on the beach itself.We would definitely come back here. It was everything that we hoped that it would be.

This property is our favorite yet in Hyannis! We love the location in proximity to Keyes beach. The dead end street is peaceful, offering a relaxing getaway. All the amenities at the rental make the time spent in Hyannis an enjoyable experience, not to mention an extremely accommodating host.

From the booking to our stay all went very smooth. The host is very responsive, very clean, easy parking and the place was excellent. The location was easy to hop on a ferry to visit the islands or a quick walk to the beach with views from the house. We were very pleased.

Great location - it is, in fact, steps to the ocean. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Super clean and cute property. Perfectly located - stroll downtown Hyannis, take a short drive to other scenic towns on the Cape, then relax and get a quick sunburn on the beach. Highly recommend. Already planning to go back!

We had an amazing stay. The only complaint was that the air conditioning was not installed, however, the description did say it was “seasonal,” which I definitely overlooked. My only suggestion would be having a standing fan or two around for some airflow in the off season.

As our listing notes, our air conditioners are seasonal and are installed on or after memorial day, which is why they weren't available during your early spring stay. Since temperatures peaked at just 75°F and the ocean breeze is typically quite strong, cracking open the windows usually cools the cottage down beautifully without the need for fans. We had a wonderful stay! The location was great - so close to the beach and easy to walk to downtown Hyannis as well. Perfect with children. We also explored the rest of the cape and it was a good central location for that. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. We had such a wonderful stay at this adorable Cape Cod cottage! It was exactly as described and pictured, and the sweet coastal decor made it feel like the perfect little Cape Cod getaway.The location was fantastic. The beach truly is just steps away, and we took advantage of it every single day. It was beautiful, peaceful, and never crowded—it really felt like a little neighborhood beach shared by the surrounding cottages. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather during our stay, which made it even better!We also really enjoyed the outdoor spaces at the cottage. We spent time relaxing on the porch and made good use of the picnic table and umbrella. It was so nice to be able to come back from the beach and still enjoy being outside.Another huge plus is how close the cottage is to downtown. It was incredibly convenient and made getting anywhere we wanted to go in town quick and easy, while the cottage itself still felt tucked away and peaceful.Our host Tom was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything.Everything about our stay was easy, comfortable, and exactly what we hoped for in a Cape Cod vacation. We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely recommend this sweet little cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing stay close to the beach. We would happily stay here again!

This home has it all. The beach is only 130 steps away. The waves can be heard from the deck and there are beautiful sunsets. We love walking to downtown Hyannis which is only a 10-15 min walk. We visit the many shops and enjoy the many dining opportunities that the area has to offer. There is a pool onsite for an after the beach dip and we love to fish while the sun is setting. The Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket is nearby and makes for a wonderful day trip.
