Nuestra casa recientemente renovada se encuentra en el BLOQUE PREMIER 500. Aproximadamente 1 milla al parque estatal Delnor Wiggins Pass o la playa de Vanderbilt para disfrutar del tranquilo golfo con playas de arena blanca para nadar, recolectar conchas o simplemente un gran paseo.
No puedes superar esta UBICACIÓN. El Ritz Carlton, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, el cine Silverspot y el Mercado Center se encuentran a solo 5 minutos en automóvil o una corta caminata para aquellos de ustedes que están activos. Our vacation at this property was just what we needed! Great location for us with easy access to beaches, golfing, shopping and downtown Naples. Jeff, the homeowner, was exceptionally responsive and kind. The home was very clean and organized and we thoroughly enjoyed our week stay!

Wonderful stay during the holidays

Perfect place for a family of six adults. Home is clean and well-maintained. Owner communication is outstanding, checking to make sure all is well, and everything is working as planned.Heated pool is nice and very clean with weekly third-party service.Beach chairs/umbrella is an added feature, as public beach access is available at two locations.

Another perfect stay!

Jeff is an amazing host. He is so welcoming and always available for questions. The house is immaculate, ideally located and has everything you need for a great beach vacation. And the pool is awesome! This was our second stay and we will be back again.

Fantastic property located near pristine beaches

The home is well appointed, modern and comfortable in every respect. The openness of design lends to a relaxing atmosphere . Located in quiet Naples Park, pristine white beaches are just moments away. The pool is heated comfortably and fully screened in as well as the adjacent patio.Bicycles are available for touring.

Wonderful stay at Naples Park! Jeff, owner, was responsive and gracious throughout our stay. The home is up to date with modern and functional appliances and stocked well with all kitchen needs. I must mention the gas grill - big enough to grill large amounts of food. Plenty of LP gas available. Nothing we needed was missing. The bedrooms were spacious for our family trip. Master is en suite and super spacious. All beds were very comfortable for sleeping. Outdoor patio was great for dining - picnic style modern table with chairs and bench. Super outdoor furniture/couch, which was a relaxing place while children were swimming. Moderate sized South-facing pool with great privacy! Shallow and deep ends. Access to all pool amenities available. Though walking to the beach is a real potential from this property, with kids, we opted to pack the provided beach equipment and park at Del-Wiggins State Park Beach - just a few minutes away. Beautiful beach - has simple amenities; nice to have an access to free life jackets at the beach for kids. Sunsets were exceptional! We loved our stay and say once again to Jeff, thank you for the memories that you have helped to provide for our family.

Great Naples Vacation home

The property was extremely well cared after and easily fit our family. The screened in pool provided perfect afternoon entertainment and the table and chairs were great. We ate all meals at the house outside! Linens were brand new. Excellent proximity of less than five minutes to Delnor Wiggin State Park and Mercato and a fifteen minute drive to the Naples Pier. Twenty five minutes from the Airport and 20 minutes from Miramar outlets. Owner was great and very accessible. We are already trying to plan for a future return!

Winter Break

We stayed here for two weeks over Christmas and New Year’s. The property is exactly as described in the listing. The photos are accurate. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Our favorite things were the open floor plan, the large kitchen table with room for 6 people, the large comfortable family room with plenty of seating for watching movies and the large heated pool (kept at 88 degrees for us) with comfortable and high quality patio furniture. The owner was responsive and did everything possible to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. The bathrooms are updated and pretty. The closets and drawers were empty (instead of being full of owner’s belongings which has been an issue for us at other properties). We were surprised and happy to find a ping pong table in the garage and used it every day. The location is great - you are a 3 minute drive from Publix, Trader Joes and ABC Liquor. You are a 5 minute drive from whole foods and the shopping at Mercato. I walked to the beach every morning which is about 1 mile away. We had a great experience here and would love to stay here again. Thank you Jeff!

Great location to enjoy the Naples area

The home was recently updated and is very nice, clean and comfortable. The pool, kitchen and bathrooms made for a very enjoyable experience. Very close to Delnor-Wiggins State Beach which is awesome.

The pool was a bit dirty due to an issue with the filter. However, the property manager was receptive and got the issues worked out within our first few days. Overall, it was a great experience.

Perfect house for a stay in Naples

Great house exactly as advertised and close to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercado shops. Kids loved the pool, as did the adults, and house was perfectly equipped. Great four bikes let us bike to beach each day.

Great experience

This was are first time renting a vacation home through Vrbo. Jeff made the check in / check out process so easy. The house is well cared for and had everything we needed for a great family vacation! Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Home!

We spent two weeks here and the place was everything Jeff described and more. It was super clean, near everything , really well-stocked and just all around great. A perfect location for our family vacation! The property is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. Modern, spacious and clean, with everything you could want to prepare meals, indoors, or enjoy BBQ out on the patio! The pool area is fantastic - lounge chairs, fun floaty‘s, two sets of couch areas and a gorgeous dining room table. We enjoyed the combination of total privacy, as well as the ability to entertain guests and remain fully outdoors! So much fun to venture to the nearby beach, a 20 minute walk and easy to take along all the necessary supplies in the portable wagon+cooler! Having the bicycles available was a real bonus as well. In terms of location, just a few minutes away from Trader Joe’s and other shops, and incredibly close to the Mercato where we enjoyed shopping and a few meals on beautiful outdoor patios. Finally, our hosts were fantastic. Jeff continuously went above and beyond to ensue that our stay was everything that we could want. His responsiveness was unparalleled and so appreciated. We absolutely recommend this property fully and truly hope to visit again!

Jeff is amazing & place was outstanding!

The experience was overall wonderful! It was our first time to Naples & we loved having the privacy and ease of commute to anywhere. Jeff was super friendly and easy to communicate with, he is everything as needed in the house. There is a close by Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods, seed to Table as well. We look forward to coming back again!

Great stay and great property

House was beautiful - looks just like the pictures. Perfectly clean and everything seemed new. Owner was responsive and professional when we had questions. We enjoyed the pool and my kids (age16+) rode the bikes to Wiggins beach every day. I do suggest having a car for this stay, to get to restaurants and shops - it is a very short drive but a little far to walk in the summer heat. The shopping areas near the house are more suburban strip mall but with a little more driving, it is easy to find spots with a vacation beach town feel like Venetian mall and downtown Naples. We loved Wiggins Pass beach! Only 2 min drive away from the house. Easy to park and walk right into the beach with all our beach gear, it was much less crowded than Vanderbilt beach and prettier with more vegetation and even patches of shade. The beach is soft white sand! No need for water shoes - amd water is clear. Wiggins beach also super clean and AMAZING SUNSETS! so yes, I recommend this property.
