La magnificence du Jade East Penthouse 1950, sur fond d'eau émeraude et de sable de cristal, est absolument à couper le souffle. Le Jade East 1950 possède des plafonds de 10 pieds, des balcons enveloppants et près de 1000 pieds carrés de plus que l'unité traditionnelle de trois chambres de Jade East. Parmi les caractéristiques les plus frappantes figurent les vues imprenables sur la plage depuis le salon, la cuisine et la suite principale.

Situé sur le site de l'un des emplacements en bord de mer les plus convoités de Destin, Jade East est un complexe de condominiums haut de gamme sur le golfe offrant la combinaison parfaite d'équipements et de logements pour rendre vos vacances meilleures que tout ce qui est emballé dans une petite boîte bleue. Ce condo nécessite un séjour minimum de 7 nuits toute l'année. Au printemps et en été, nous avons besoin d'un séjour du samedi au samedi.
Nous ne louons à personne de moins de 25 ans ni aux étudiants.

Family Vacation 2023

We had an amazing stay! The views are beautiful, beds so comfy, kitchen well stocked. It’s hard to find a place that would fit our large families needs and this location more than met our requirements! The location is within walking distance to great food, fun water park and shopping for souvenirs for the kids.

Amazing view

This place was better than we could have imagine . So roomy. The place is fantastic and had all of our needs met . The whole family enjoyed the stay and all the views were incredible. So much things to do nearby even things for walking distance like the waterpark across the street was fun!!! The host are amazing and always was there. We needed them to be.. Would recommend this place to anybody and hopefully can come back next summer !!!!

Beautiful

The property was as listed. The place was very comfortable and also had amazing views. The amenities were perfect. Could have not wanted for anything else. The owner made a personal visit to deliver champagne and chocolates. A very nice touch.

Great find at the last minute!

We booked a family trip last minute and stumbled upon this gem.Building was having elevator issue but even with one down there was no waiting and it was full. Great beach and the chair rental process is smooth. Keep an eye out because they will put your chairs away before the end time unless you tell them. Close to a lot of stores etc. we never left the property. Didn’t need to. The property was perfectly described and the videos are incredible. Thanks again!

Great Views

We went for Christmas. Accommodations were very nice for our family of six. The condo building was not too full that week, so being on a high floor, was not an issue for the elevator. It was easy to cook in the condo, but eating out is a good option with some great places close by.

Spring break stay

We had a wonderful time. The condo was much larger than expected with plenty of room for a family. The view from the balcony cannot be beat. I even took a video of dolphins, sharks, and stingrays in one shot. The amenities were wonderful. Having chairs and umbrellas ready for us was a much appreciated bonus. We hope to return again.

The views and location were faboulous

The condo was wonderfully located to activities for driving distance. You also woke up each morning to looking out at the Gulf. The beach was amazing there as well. The owner was super helpful, nice, and responsive to our needs. She even brought us a basket to welcome us which I was not expecting. The condo had everything we needed to spend the day at the beach such as boogie boards, extra chairs, beach towels and an extra umbrellas. In addition it had all the cooking supplies which are usually missing- including a waffle maker. My family and I had a wonderful time there and hope to visit again soon!

Lots of space and amazing view

Our 3 couple group enjoyed the extra space of condo 1950. The view from balcony offered amazing sunsets. We vacation in Destin once or twice a year. What we missed was being close to the sites and sounds of the beach. The 19th floor was a bit to high and the uncovered deck hot for the majority of the day. It would be nice to update the bedroom furniture and bathroom fixtures to be more ‘penthouse’ quality. But in general it met our needs. The extra security on the top floor was appreciated.

Beautiful, but....

While this condo was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, I would be remiss if I did not warn others about the literal headache we experienced during our spring break stay. We had hoped to spend five nights unwinding with our kids and their friends, but we woke up on the first morning to the sounds of saws, hammering, and buzzing.I called Newman-Dailey about what sounded like construction next door and was told they would contact the HOA and get back to me. However, I never heard back from the leasing company, and the construction continued until 3 pm. I understand that property owners need to renovate, and I do not hold that against them. However, I do take issue with the leasing company’s lack of communication.For five days, every day from 9 a.m. until 3–4 p.m., we endured the constant noise of saws, hammering, and buzzing. I strongly encourage anyone considering renting a condo in this complex to inquire about ongoing construction before spending 5,000 on a stay. You will not be informed about the construction in advance, nor will you receive any reimbursement for the "headache".

Great family trip

The condo was ready on time, reserved parking right up front with 2 spots,, almost all other units only have one. Condo was even bigger and nicer than expected, the views were absolutely incredible. Plenty of well stocked cabinets in the kitchen, comfortable beds, and the couches were comfortable as well, especially after a day of walking the white sand beaches and sipping cocktails.

No one can control the weather, but the property was just as inviting. The ease of access allowed us to run down any time the sun was shining. I enjoyed having access to a gym and a pool as well.

Fun at the Beach

The condo is very large and clean with great beach views. it is close to great restaurants. The beach chair and umbra team are great and very helpful.
